I'm a guy, who like the enjoys of a clean and comfy place. i'm mostly a home body, but do like park runs, and hiking.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly home. A place with an own entrance, good Internet and covered parking is ideal. Not being far for amenities like a bus, metro and 15min walking distance to a retail store is a big plus.

I mind my business and respect people's spaces and boundaries. I am social, however do read the room and not overrally social where it's not necessary.
