As a positive, I do not smoke or own pets, or have any children to bring. It’s just me.

I do have a clear police record and reliable paying rent.

My previous rental manager will confirm my reliability paying rent and cleanliness.

More than available to help with a cleaning roster.

I do own a home elsewhere and can be relied upon to appreciate your property and surrounds.

Across the entire week I will be away a few nights with work. So not always there.

Happy to go short term then longer once we all get to know each other should you prefer. However longer is my preference.
