As a positive, I do not smoke, own pets, or have any children to bring. It’s just me.

My previous rental manager will confirm my reliability paying rent and cleanliness.

I am more than happy to help with a cleaning roster.

I own a home elsewhere and know how to appreciate property and surrounds.

Happy to go short term then longer once we all get to know each other should you prefer. However longer is my preference.
