Hi,
I’m Katie, 42. I’m looking for a long term, unfurnished studio/granny flat/unit for just me in the East Maitland area. I don’t have any partners, children or pets but I do look after my friend’s dogs from time to time, usually at their house but I would like to be able to have them stay with me sometimes.

I’m a non smoker, non drinker. I’m neat, tidy, quiet, keep to myself and respectful of others and their property.

I would consider sharing a space with someone should the situation be right for both parties.
