I am a 58-year-old woman who enjoys nature, yoga, music, dancing, and living a healthy lifestyle. I am a health professional who works part-time and am looking for the simplicity of a studio apartment, one-bedroom unit, or granny flat - my own bathroom is a must.

My home is clean, quiet, and reflects my health-conscious and respectful way of living. Off-street parking is preferred. I prefer to be surrounded by as much natural beauty as possible, with a home that is abundant in natural light.
I'm visiting most months now, and happy to arrange to view/meet up; with my move date likely to be after Easter 2026.

I'm looking forward to getting to know the community better. I am a warm, friendly, and happy person who enjoys sharing a meal, having a laugh, and getting to know others, while also being independent and respecting privacy. I value good communication, integrity and transparency in my home environment and interactions.

As I don't know the area well yet, I've put in only 3 months, because I would prefer to commit to a short trial before settling on a longer period, which is likely to be for 12 months or more.

Ideally, I would love to be located close to the beach and relatively close to local shops and amenities. I am a pet-lover and a previous homeowner, and some storage space would be a bonus.
