Hey, I’m Jonas, 26, originally from Germany but I’ve been living in Australia for almost two years. I used to live in Sydney and I’m now in Surfers Paradise. For now I’ve set my stay for a month, but if it feels like a good fit, I’d be happy to stay longer.

I work as a tattoo artist and I’m also building an online business, so I appreciate having a tidy space and a desk where I can get some laptop work done. I’m easy-going, respectful, and like to keep things clean.

I don’t know too many people here yet, so I’m definitely open to meeting new housemates and hanging out from time to time, but I also enjoy doing my own thing.

Ideally I’d live with people aged between 20 and 40 years old, but honestly I get along with pretty much anyone as long as the vibe is good. At the moment I’m staying with a friend where the room is free until September 10th, so ideally I’d move in around then. I’d love to arrange a viewing this week or next so we can meet in person, and I’m flexible with times. If a room is only available a bit later (like around September 20th), that could still work for me as I can stay in a hostel or hotel in between. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
