I'm renting a 3 bed, single bathroom house in Colyton with 2 rooms available for someone else to live with me but due to the rent increase I'm also looking for a newer larger property with an ensuite to rent or share the current house with two rooms available for $250 p/w.
My budget is $400 p/w if you want to team up elsewhere.
