Hello everybody, my name is Valerie and I am a 70-year-old retiree. Originally from Tasmania I have been living in Perth for around 5 years.

I am currently looking for somewhere to stay for 6 to 12 months after my current lease ends on October 29, until I am more certain about my long term movements.

I appreciate a quiet home where I can listen to meditations, relax after swimming at the pool and spend time with Cali the cat.

Cali is a 12 year old indoor cat who is desexed, toilet trained, cuddly, and has no history of damaging property. I can provide evidence of this with several positive real estate references. If need be I am happy to keep him within my section of the property and let him stretch his legs outside on a leash.

I value a clean and respectful place to live, so you can expect the same from me in turn.
