I am a young gentleman who is on DSP and I have lived with my mother till her recent death. I am looking at commencing a employment in the hospitality industry and need to move into an good home where i can focus on the positive aspects of my life. I am clean, private, chilled and respectful. I have to surrender the family home back to DFFS as it is to big for to have one person (3 bed house).
I am relaible with regards to paying my rent on time and I don't mind a house hold where there are smokers. I do smoke, but I would not do this indoors. I respect rules and wish to live peacefully with my housemates.
