I have been renting in Mundaring while my unit in Midland is being built, further delays mean I need somewhere for 6 months January - June 2026 as the owners of my rental are moving in 7th January 2026. My son is 5 years old, he goes to Parkerville Primary, I have shared custody, he stays with me on my days off. I work an 8/6 roster in the City so I am home every night. Prepared to do yard work, I have previous experience as an Aborist and Horticulturalist I am very handy have a ute can help manage your property. I am employed as a Ranger full-time.

Looking for two rooms if possible one for my boy. Otherwise, a large master bedroom would also suit for us both.
