I receive an income from Centrelink of $1346 per fortnight inclusive of Rent Assistance. This means my income is guaranteed to be paid on a regular basis and I can afford to move into rental properties with a rent of up to $ 370 per week.
I am a clean and responsible person who takes great pride in looking after my home. Peace and quiet are important to myself and I would like to find a place to live in a street where the neighbours also appreciate a quiet, safe environment.
