I'm a 46-year-old Brazilian professional working full-time as a Draftsperson. After work, I usually go to the gym, then head home to prepare my meals and relax. On weekends, I enjoy spending time with friends and occasionally meeting new people.
I'm a calm, responsible, clean, and organized person who values both privacy and a friendly, respectful home environment.
I'm currently looking for a room with a private bathroom (ensuite) or a granny flat, as the property where I’m currently living has been sold and I’ll need to move out soon.
My ideal home would be:
• Clean, well-maintained, and organized
• Non-smoking
• No pets
• No regular parties (occasional gatherings are absolutely fine)
• A respectful household where everyone takes good care of shared spaces
