I'm here a little early, just scouting for flatmates or a room. Hit me up I work and study full time. Other HCP's preferred.
Low maintenance, just in the area for long term work, I will only require the room, bed, and bathroom.

I prefer the area of Tea Gardens or in close proximity or around 1hr drive, I will generally only be staying for 4 days then take 4 days off in Sydney and stay 4 days again, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss further.
For those who want to find a property together (flatmates): As above, same type of deal on how frequently I stay and I am happy to discuss sharing the responsibility of the lease.
