Hi my name is Fraser, I’m a 21 year old student that grew up in the country and I moved to Geelong to study engineering at Deakin. I have a retail job and am currently looking for an internship, I love living in Geelong and if I can I’d love to live/rent here after my degree!

My favourite hobbies are hiking/backpacking and snow skiing, I love the outdoors and also enjoy playing games with my best mates online when we all have time.
Generally I’d say I’m a bit introverted, and between study, games, and personal time I spend a lot of time in my room, I definitely value my personal time, however I still love to socialise and enjoy talking to and meeting new people, needing a bit of that to stay sane.
I’d be looking for a home that everyone is friendly and willing to chat, but likewise enjoys having their own space and time too!

I’m quite clean especially in communal spaces that would impact others, general cleanliness and pride in the home in these space’s is a must for me, I value feeling at home and comfortable; in saying that a normal buildup of things like dishes, the lawn getting a little longer, ect is normal when under the pump. I’d like to think I take initiative and am proactive in cleaning, taking out the bins, mowing the lawns, and general household chores!

I would say I am quite flexible and comfortable adapting to a houses expectations especially as I have 3 years of renting experience where, because of on-campus accommodation, I have lived with 22 other people at one time or another and in a house with 9 others for 2 years. I’d be looking for a long term renting situation as at bare minimum I have to finish the last year of my bachelor in 2026.
