I'm a 40-year-old female student who loves music, gardening, and exploring. I prefer living in a cozy studio and enjoy homestays can also house share . As a smoker I will and do smoke only outside. I don't own pets and I'd prefer a furnished room. I'm very house proud I love being home and doing things to make it comfortable and homely. I have a relaxed humour but I admit I laugh at my own jokes I enjoy making others laugh. I am with a huge heart and try to always be a better person if things aren't agreeable. I just would love to find a calm homely and comfortable place one that's welcoming. I'm negotiatable on terms as also flexible with move in dates. I am able and willing to exchange pics once responses to each other's messages to I love spending time at the beach, waterfalls, eating out, and sightseein but love getting home sweet home.
