Hello, my name is Kilian, I’m 25 years old and I’m looking for a room in a share house. It can be a small share house or a bigger one I’m open to any options.

I’m mainly looking for something long-term since I currently have a stable full-time job in a factory in Osborne Park.

I’m a sociable person, always happy to give a hand when needed, and I’m very mindful of house rules and respectful of living in a community.

The reason I’m searching for a new place is that the share house I currently live in will be sold within the next 60 days, so if you have something available by the end of October, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m also a bit of a handyman I renovated the house I’m living in now and I can provide solid references if required.

I don’t really have a strong preference for the location, and my maximum budget is $300/week (though I could consider a bit more for a dream share house or with other surfer)
