I'm a creative of many kinds. Videography is my main passion, and my job. I like to keep active, connected with friends and adventure over the weekends. Im easy going, welcoming and friendly. I'm responsible and trustworthy. I love having a laugh, keeping it real, keeping it positive around the house. As a housemate, I'm super chilled and tolerant about most things, as it's a shared space (previous household was 6 people). Iv lived with many different cultures and people; I appreciate fairness, general consideration and fairly clean space. Ask me anything you like! I'm open. Let's meet and chat! :)

Hey! I am an easy going, happy person who enjoys being social but also happy to do my own thing. As I've lived in share houses before I am super tidy and respectful as I understand close proximity! I work full time Mon-Fri, occasionally needing to travel so may be away for a random week here and there. On the weekends I love being outdoors whether it's at the beach, going on a hike or camping out somewhere. Looking to live with like minded people around the same age and preferably by the coast. Look forward to hearing from you if you think I'll make a good fit!
I am new to Perth, just moved over from New Zealand and I am looking for people to flat with. Would be great if the flat was furnished as I won't be bringing much with me. I will be working most weekends and have my two days off during the week. I am a clean and tidy person and I do keep to myself a bit but I am always happy to catch up over dinner/drinks/movies etc.
Howdy , im a champion gentleman who has share housed many times before and made great lasting friendships. I am a good cook, tidy and respectful of others that I live with.. don't dig people who can't clean up after themselves but otherwise I'm a very 'each to their own kinda guy'. pretty funny and friendly kinda person. enjoy a beer bbq and don't mind if others have people around. will also give guitar lessons for a long neck if your interested. I do need a car space for my panel van and will have a work vehicle which I don't mind parking on the street
Hey there :) My name is Gemma, I'm 23 years old and am currently studying nursing and midwifery. I'm fun and pretty relaxed, whilst also being tidy and hard-working. Keen to find a nice share-house, hopefully we'll make great housemates :)
Just moved out of my place in south Perth, looking at getting back into surfing. I work a 2/1 FIFO roster so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. I am very social and kean to make new friends as i have only lived in Perth for under six months. Im highly into crossfit and keeping fit so that is where i spend most of my time also. Im an Ex New Zealand soldier so i definitely know how to keep a place tidy. I can also cook a pretty mint Sunday roast and always up for beers in the sun.
I am moving back from Japan mid January so I’m looking to move back into the Scarborough area. I have a dog named Mika who is 3 and a half. We like to spend a lot of time down the beach together. So I will need a place with at least a small area outside for her. I am a primary teacher and I like to socialise but I enjoy quiet time too. I’m interested in teaming up to start a new share house too if that is what you’re interested in.
I'm easy going and work full time. When I'm not working I'm normally out walking my dog buddy ( Dalmatian ) or watching a movie. Not big on partying, more in to a nice cheese and wine night in! Looking to share a place with someone who is okay with a dog and also easy going :)
Hi! I'm a third year paramedic student currently working part-time. I'm a friendly, social person who respects others and their privacy. I'm also very clean and tidy, and loves to cook and chill with a glass of vino.
Currently looking for somewhere to stay until end of feb (6-8bweeks) as where I am now the lady is moving to Sydney and I'm waiting for my mates lease to be up so we can all get a house! (End feb start of march)
I am from Melbourne and work FIFO in the Pilbara. I am looking for a room to rent to spend my R&R's. I am looking for a relaxed environment with room mates that like to chill and even sometimes have a drink or two. I love my own space and respect others. Hoping to meet new people while I'm home on my breaks. Oh and I can cook...When I'm in the mood!

Hi All, My name is Stacey and I am looking for a house/flat share in Scarborough from the 15th February, however, for the right place I may be able to move a little earlier. I am 25 years old and work full time in Subiaco. I am quite sociable and catch up with my friends most weekends. I do appreciate quiet time also during the week and usually head to the gym 3-4 times. I am looking for a long term share as I am here for good. I am clean, respectful and like to cook every now and again. If you have a room for me, please feel free to email me or call. Thanks, Stacey :)

Hey All, Me: Ive been working for a Strata Management Company for the past 2 years as a Strata Manager and been flatting for the last 5 years. I have no issues with cleanliness and would expect the same of others Outside of work ive done a fair bit of travelling over the past few years with plans for more in 2017 and done 2 years of recreational diving on the side. Preference would be to move into a modern apartment with 1 or 2 other young professionals. Im looking for a place for rent around 200-300 excl bills etc. Im very flexible with move in dates and am happ to meet up for a coffee beforehand. Thanks.
Hi, I can no longer afford my own place but as I am 46, have pets & share my kids part time ( one week on one week off)..,I am struggling to find long term accomodation. I am a friendly & trustworthy person with a very personable personality & all I need to find is a home where I can pay half the rent, have my pets with me & see my kids once a fortnight. I am prepared to have my kids in the home or not so please don't say no because if kids as I can organise this to suit you. I have had my own property's & rentals but renting these days in these suburbs as a single mum is too expensive. I love Innaloo or Scarborough and will look after your home (I consider myself an honest & genuine person who is very clean), so if you need a share person and I fit the bill, please contact me. Thankyou :-)
I am a teacher (relief teaching this year) I have lived by myself before and then with others for over a year. I like to keep quite busy and when at home, I usually keep to myself and just chill out. I'm very easy going though. Non smoker but social drinker. Because I have a lot of teaching resources it would be amazing if I had another's room to store this (I currently rent a main bedroom and a spare room) Louie is 2yeara old and his safety and happiness are my main priority. He is such a good dog but isn't used to being outside. Living with someone with a dog would be amazing as sometimes people without don't really understand (I don't mean this offensively) he loves to be spoiled and he's very well trained.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going, like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while in Perth (so irregular hours) and have a professional background. I have a social life and I like social clubs. Not looking for a party house, but not looking for a house with no character. A place to park my car would be great too :)
Hi, We are looking for a large master bedroom with ensuite and would be willing to pay up to $400 per week. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I have a full time Monday to Friday professional job located in the city and Steve works in the mines FIFO (1 week on, 1 week off). We are VERY clean, easy going and quiet. We don't party during the week but don't mind a social drink occasionally on weekends. We travel as much as our careers will allow us, enjoy going to the beach, social events with friends and enjoy cooking good food. Both non-smokers, no pets and both Aussie's. 1 lock up garage space which will fit a large 4WD is a MUST as Steve needs to store his car while away at work on a regular basis. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like any more info. Cheers Erzsi & Steve

Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am a fun outgoing person. I love going to the gym as I have to as I love my food more. I'm pretty low key in the week but on the weekends I do like to have a couple of drinks with the mates or going to the beach.
Hi, I'm Justine ! I'm a french student who arrives in Perth on Friday Janury 13th to do an internship during 4 mouths and a half. I'm a dynamic person, who want to discover Perth, and the surrounding areas :)
I am a 24 year old female. I have been working as a carer for 4 years now. I ride motorbikes and like various sports. I go to the gym 3 times a week for Ju Jitsu and I also like to play video games and watch movies. I am friendly and easy to get on with.
I'm a 25 yo female from Estonia, have been in Perth for more than a year. I'm looking for a room preferably with ensuite. I'm an easygoing person- like longboarding, photography, drawing, having beers, all kinds of water sports, soccer etc. I'm a nonsmoker and don't really party a lot but do enjoy occasional beers. I do need a place with furniture and a parking spot(or at least a place with a free spot nearby) and am willing to pay extra for that if needed. As much as I want the house to be clean and stuff, the more important thing to me is to have cool housemates and a place where I'd fit in. Cheers!
Fun loving 23 year old fresh off the boat from London, England. Will be touring the east coast until March and then will be looking to settle near to the Hillarys area to stay close to family and friends. Love watching and playing sports, I've even tried my hand at surfing (although I'm pretty terrible). Love to cook and eat good food with a couple of chilled beers in the evening.
Personal Trainer and Boxer, very chilled and relaxed but very social and definitely enjoy a night out when it's called for to. Respectful of peoples space and expect the same in return. I am a single out going guy and expect to be able to treat a place as my own. Looking for somewhere just after the new year ideally, I very much enjoy my own space so if an ensuite room became available I'd very much jump that. Scarbs, Doubleview, Innaloo, Karrinyup area. Would consider Carine, Duncraig etc if the right place came along. Andrew :)
Names Felicity, 28 originally from the uk but have been in aus for 10months now. I work as a preschool leader in a daycare centre in osborne park. Easy going and down to earth, i love chilling out on the evenings, normally head to the gym after work each night and spend my weekends in and out catching up with friends, having a few drinks down at ocean. Currently working fulltime in Brisbane qld in the Human Resources industry. Work are relocating me to Perth so looking for somewhere awesome to live. Love the beach, a healthy lifestyle and keeping active. Enjoy a social drink however not a massive party gal. Looking for a place with two rooms available one for myself and one for my sister Meg! Preferably walking distance to the beach and furnished however can be flexible and work with whatever. Both very chilled people :)
I'm exchange student from Latvia, studying Sports Science. I love going to the gym, cycling, travelling and hanging out:) I am looking for a room just for 2 months for a summer break period, preferably somewhere close to the beach or near CBD.
Relocating from Broome, WA to complete my nursing degree. Have a 7yr old desexed female Labrador who has perfect references (doesn't dig, only barks when there is something to bark at, outside most of time but does come in when I want her in). My partner is based in Broome but will be visiting when work allows. Needing somewhere safe and secure for myself and Lilly (dog). I very much see my rentals as "home" meaning you won't have to worry about all night parties or any of that nonsense; I'm not saying I'm a complete hermit but I appreciate coming home to peace and quiet.
I'm 25, Australian from Perth. Currently working for a barrister & solicitor firm in the city. I specialise in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Work Health Safety. I also tutor at UWA. I am a very tidy and clean person. I eat out most days and enjoy a social drink/coffee during the week. I go out most Saturday nights. Hobbies include: music, surf, ocean photography, beach, drones, cats. I am looking to lease a place close to the CBD by Jan/Feb for atleast 6-12 months if anyone is interested please let me know. Alternatively I may also be interested in renting a private room in an existing place. Ideal price $150 including bills. Max ~$200 depending on locations closer to the city. Thanks, James
Looking for a room! ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – studying full-time in Speech Pathology. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house on weekends like grown ups do. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, and will smother yours with love and lots of play and walkies if you have one! Not the biggest fan of cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – it's kinda hard to do when you're doing the working/studying gig. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding with my bottom parked at the beach or at home. I guess you could categorise me as a bit of a home-body given my requirement to study and work. Geez, I sound so boring when I type that! Juggling both can be stressful so I like a fairly peacefully quiet home. My summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend and I'm hoping to take up surf lessons with a friend if you want to jump on board that band wagon! Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle and you don't par-take in the doof doof scene too much? Living with only 1 other person would be super ideal but also not essential, just don't really want to live with anymore than 3 under the 1 roof though. My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
All the stuff you want in a roommate: clean and tidy, easy going and non smoker who likes to stay reasonably active. Work full time and rent/bills will always be paid on time. Able to make friends with pets (provided they aren't the kind with scales). Plan to travel for second half of 2017 to add to Adventures already had so will be trying to save some coin.
I work alot just getting a business off the ground so im no party animal. Im currently living in the city im very clean love to cook and am sociable. I don't mind a beer or two and have great morals when it comes to sharing a house or other people's belongings.
Hello, I'm an easy going 36 year old male, with an awesome dog, a beautiful almost 4 year old girl that lives with her mum but may visit sometimes. I like cooking and I'm into health and fitness, I train 6-10 sessions per week, evenings and mornings and I'm quite young at heart. I'm into all sports, I'm sociable but also like chillaxing and love the beach. I'm also looking for a surfing buddy
Hey! I´m an international student from Sweden, looking for a new place to live while I complete my Bachelor degree at ECU (1,5 years left). I like the beach, keeping fit and healthy, wine, adventures and traveling! Looking for social but respectful housemates that will have a wine with me or watch a movie, but also appreciate that I will be studying a lot. Unfortunately, I´m allergic to dogs/cats so don´t contact me if you have pets..! Since I haven´t seen much of WA (or Australia) I´m always keen on new adventures! :) Cheers! /Helena
Good looking and very positive person. Very tidy and disciplined. Work full time in Osborne Park. Like gym and yoga, beach and travel. Got a daughter who lives overseas. Came bout 4 years ago from NZ and since when live in one place in Duncraig. I don't want to have a car, so I don't have one. Looking for long term accommodation only. Can provide a very positive reference if required. Looking for accommodation in any suburb close to Osborn Park and public transport.
Hey guys! I'm emily. I come from a family of 6 where I am the second eldest. I am a quiet but friendly individual. My hobbies include surfing, painting, exercising and anything concerned with animals. (Massive pet lover) I work as a Barista and swim teacher.
I am an easy going, clean, friendly 28 year old gal. I like to keep busy with friends, work and family, so there are times when I am not home much. I love animals, so if there are pets at the house, it doesn't bother me at all, however I do not have any of my own. I do smoke, however NEVER inside (pet hate of mine). I am vegetarian (for health reasons rather than personal beliefs), but not phased if others eat meat in front of me. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me :) I am looking for something that is all inclusive in the price (bills etc) as have had a bad experience in the past.
Hey all, Dean here. 23, Male. Neat, tidy easy to live with and outgoing guy - I think. Work 3 jobs one in government the other at general pants co and one is a performing arts by contract base job.
