Hello, I am from Brazil but have been living in Perth on and off for the last 10 years or so and absolutely love it here ☺️

I am looking for a new homely space near the ocean - preferably in Scarborough - or very near by 🌊

Initially 6 months but for sure looking for something long term. At home I am courteous and respectful, and enjoy quiet simple routine. Happy to socialise if you wish, but also like to keep and give space ✨

👩‍💻 I work full time from home Monday through Friday in the afternoons, but I am very conscientious and make sure to keep it contained. I tend to just use the kitchen for meal prep around any flatmates, and am outgoing during my downtime so it's easy to make myself scarce, so the space doesn't ever feel crowded.

I am open to a room, studio, or to team up to find a place together with other kind, tidy, respectful, easygoing people 🌞
