my name is Jack I’m a first year physiotherapy student at The University of Newcastle Callaghan campus and I’m currently looking to move from the central coast to Newcastle. A bit about me, I live a very active lifestyle, love the beach, soccer, nrl, going on walks and runs as well as regularly going to the gym, I’m pretty easy going and I like to keep things tidy. As all first year uni students are I’m extremely busy a lot of the time juggling 15hours a week work with study isn’t very easy. I currently work as an OSHC educator for THE Y (formerly known as YMCA) more then happy to provide whatever document and proof of income you may need. I’ve been living out of home for 3 1/2 years now and have previous rental history and am more then happy to get a written reference if needed. Anyways would love to chat more about the logistics of things if you’re open to it.
