Eryn and Tony

We are a Taiwanese couple in our thirties relocating to Adelaide for a long-term role with the Department for Environment and Water in the South Australian Government.

We are both highly educated professionals, having recently completed our PhDs at James Cook University in Townsville. We have a strong rental history spanning 8.5 years, including 5.5 years in Townsville and 3 years in Munich, Germany. Our bonds are always returned with no issues. We are non-smoker and do not plan to have pets. We value a safe, clean and quiet living environment that supports our professional and personal lives. In our spare time, we go to gym regularly, enjoy camping, bouldering, and exploring nature.
