Looking for 1 or 2 Housemate to Find a Place Together (Tallawong/Rouse Hills Area)

Hey everyone! I'm a 28 y/o male tradie looking for someone to team up with and rent a place around Tallawong. 3+ bedroom and 2+ bathroom house with 2 garage spots. Ideally, you’d have your own bathroom. Rent would be around $200–$250/week for unfurnished room and I’ll cover the rest. Me getting the ensuite and garage parking.

I'm barely home (live at work), but when I am, I like to keep things clean and chill. I'm into driving, touch footy, board games, and a bit of Taylor Swift.

I’ve already got the essentials for the common areas — TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and other kitchen stuff.
