I am a Masters student who recently relocated to Adelaide. I value a clean and silent living space. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I am looking for a well-managed and organised place, that would provide me with a peaceful environment to focus on my studies. In return, I shall be complying with the cleanliness and sound atmosphere of the house as well. I am looking for room around the Unley, goodwood, Cumberland park and surrounding areas (15-20 minutes travel time).
