Hi, I’m working full-time around Macquarie Park and looking for a flatmate to go on a one-year lease for a 2b2b unfurnished apartment. I’ve been living in Sydney for almost 6 years, and have been working in the sustainability industry. I usually work in the office, and possibly wfh 1-2 days per week. Happy to hang out for some fun times together, or grab some nice food over weekends :)

Have had share house experience over last 4 years. I always pay rent and bills on time, and I’m generally quiet at home. Not a night owl, so no late-night noise. Generally I’d like to keep guests to a minimum (always checking in with my flatmate first), so I hope that works for you.
