I used to live in "Mascot Towers" until they discovered structural cracks and evacuated the building. Now I'm looking for a place near Mascot Station or Green Square station. I work full time in IT and will have no problems meeting rent or other costs. I'm very easy going. Non-drinker, non-smoker, clean and tidy. Being evacuated was a nuisance because I owned the unit but I like to think of this as an opportunity to meet new people by moving into a share house. I'm experienced with house sharing so understand the importance of common areas being kept suitable for everyone to use. My ideal room would have a bed and a desk in it or at least enough space I could put those things in it as I like to work from home sometimes. Good internet speeds are very important to me. I'm flexible on move in date. Currently the government is providing a $300 per night subsidy to residents of Mascot Towers and that doesn't run out until September so I can move in around mid September. I'm also flexible on length of stay. I don't know how long Mascot Towers will stay evacuated for. It could be several months or it could be over a year. Thank you for reading my profile.

Hi everyone! I'm a university student currently undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW. As a part of this degree I will be working full-time at my upcoming 3rd internship. As it's located in Macquarie Park I'm looking to move closer to work to make life a bit easier. I'm looking to rent anytime from 22nd July for a minimum of 5 months. Those things aside, I'm a super friendly, light-hearted and laxed person. I do like my quiet time but always up for a good chat and laugh. I'm also a fairly active person so in my spare time I'm a big fan of boxing and hiking/scenic walking.
Hey I'm Marie! In August, I'll be coming to Sydney for 6 months to intern at a company in the engineering department. I'm currently studying industrial engineering in Germany and have been living in a shared flat here for 4 years without any problems. In my free time, I mainly hang out with friends, we like cooking together, having picknicks in the park, partying and also playing board games etc. I also enjoy doing sports like running, hiking and playing basketball. I'm looking for a room in a shared, tidy flat, with nice and fun flatmates, who I can hang out with in the afternoon or on the weekend. Ideal would be a flat close to a train station so I can easily get to work. If you're interested in sharing your flat with me, I would like to come by for inspections between August 1-4!
