I’m a full-time design and coding teacher 👨‍💻 at a private college in Sydney. I’m generally described as genuine, quiet, and respectful, and I’m looking for the same.

I’m after a peaceful, tidy home where I can unwind after work. I mostly keep to myself and value personal space.

I’m a light sleeper, so I’m ideally looking for a quiet location — such as a cul-de-sac or a place near bushland — away from traffic noise 🌿

I’m a non-smoker, clean, and very reliable with rent (always paid early via automated bank transfer). I live a low-key lifestyle: no parties, no smoking, no pets, and I tend to keep evenings quiet.
