I’m New to Sydney! and im working full time in real estate. I’m looking for others alike that enjoy there own time but don’t mind a social chat every now and then. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and or enjoying the scenery on a hike. I have pet cat her name is Harlow and she is hairless! She is well trained and great company. My living preferences would be private bedroom/en-suite bathroom if shared And or private studio/apartment/granny flat for long term lease.
Quiet, respectful, clean My ideal place: -share with 1 person -prefer high floor -with large window -prefer not living with the house owner -close to train station(<10 min walk) -gym nearby
Hi! I’m Mindy, a rising final year student at USyd and am looking to rent a master bedroom in an apartment from 09 February 2020 at a convenient location (Wolli creek/Hurstville/Strathfield/Rhodes/North Sydney). The ideal room would be within 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station/bus stop to USYD Main campus, and is equipped with A/C. I’m willing to pay up to $380 (after bills and wifi). -About me- I am a full-time student and work casually. Apart from the books, I enjoy baking (with my trusty airfryer) and you are more than welcomed to have a bite if you’d like, as well as cooking simple dishes (the classic Singaporean/Malaysian fare) for dinner once in a while (and would clean up after myself). I used to be a flutist and kayak casually. Additionally, I have been doing Taekwondo for close to ten years now. Hopefully that means that we’ll have something in common to talk about. Given the nature of my casual work, I love talking to and connecting with people and am down for a convo/wine at the end of the day if you like. Having lived in Singapore and Taiwan, I’m well-versed in Mandarin and other dialects and have basic proficiency in other languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese and French (always happy do do a language exchange if you’re keen!) If you feel that I’d be an ideal housemate/tenant, please feel free to reach out to me via text message (I rarely check the PMs on Flatmates). Thanks!
Hi all, I am a student currently doing Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney. Even though this subject is as hard as I can imagine, I still try to enjoy life as much as I can. I love painting: water color and digital painting, and photography as well. I have classes and internships from Mon to Fri and I might have casual jobs on the weekends as well. I usually won't be at home during the day too much. I am a very quiet and easy-going person. I don't have parties or blast loud music at home. I don't smoke and I love animals if you have pets. In my free time, I'd love to have coffee with my friends, grab my camera and go on a photo shoot, or just stay at home and enjoy a movie with wine.
Hey I am from the UK and will be arriving in Sydney 1 December to look for work in accountancy, having become a fully qualified accountant in the UK last year. A double bed room in a young professional house share, or homestay would be ideal for me. I would be initially looking to stay until early January, however I could be staying longer depending on what kind of work I find. I am clean and tidy, respectful of others space and enjoy a night out as well as a night in. If you would like to know anything else please ask :) I look forward to hearing from you! Ross
Hi. I'm originally from Melbourne, living in NT. Just got a job in Concord Hospital so I'm looking for a place to live not too far away from there. I like staying fit and doing outdoorsy stuff, but likewise enjoy chatting over dinner and wine or watching a movie. Would prefer a non-smoking, clean household with housemates that like to have a bit of fun but are also clean and respectful of personal space.
I am a Masters student at the university of Sydney. I'm currently working in Rhodes for a short while till the semester starts. As a roommate I like to keep things neat and tidy, I general keep to myself, don't make a lot of noise. I don't party or drink for that matter. I am respectful of people personal space and expect the same. What I do require is that all conditions and costs be stated upfront(or when we meet) so that there aren't any issues later on.
