Hey there! I’m looking for someone to start a rental house share with :) I’m wanting to find a brand new house/apartment for long term. Looking to move out ASAP :D please feel free to call me :) What I’m looking for in a house: -no clutter, minimal is best 👍 -people who are friendly, genuine, non-complicated & laidback, easygoing :) -room to fit queen size bed spaciously -a car spot -private bathroom -appealing space 😎 About me: I’m outgoing, caring, friendly and fun :) I love to talk and have a laugh. I’m easy going, honest and trustworthy. Want to be your friend rather than a “housemate”. Interests: Traveling, Listening to Music, Clubbing, going out with friends and relaxing at the beach. Looking forward to meeting you! 😃
I am an easy going person, don't smoke, don't drink, no pets, originally from Egypt, christian, and been working in Dubai for the last 4 years as a civil engineer, and now I'm living in Sydney and working full time.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
My previous Landlord has sold their property so I’m looking for a new long-term lease. I would be looking to move into a new rental as soon as possible. I’m a mature-age man in his 40's and currently a full-time Carer for a disabled person. Looking to share rent with bills included (if possible) with a group of respectful and social flatmates. I would be agreeable to setup a direct debit to ensure regular ongoing transfer of rental payments. Would prefer a room that is already funished, otherwise I can bring own items if required. A quiet place to come home to. In my spare time, I explore other cultures through books and film festivals. I absolutely love trying new cuisine / cooked dishes from other countries. I would like to think I’m an open-minded, friendly person who loves meeting new people (and their adorable pets too). I am interested in teaming up with other flatmates to share expenses, if the Suburb matches my needs. Please feel free to contact me if anyone has available rentals who need a reliable flatmate.
I am a full-time working professional in the Education industry. My work hours is quite odd, which requires me to work until late evenings. I am responsible, outgoing, and sociable. I have shared flats for the past five years so I am accustomed to shared responsibilities between flatmates! My move in date will be mid-July so I'm happy to just chat about some options.
24 y.o, Hindu, Indian expat born and raised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full-time student at UTS completing MBA in November 2018. Respect personal space, but always up for a good chat over beer or food (Vegetarian). Mostly working on assignments and additional courses, love to discover new places. Looking for private room between mid week of July until the end of November 2018. CLEAN HOUSE, CLEAN THOUGHTS.
Peter and I are looking to share a house or apartment with minimum number of flatmates as we got sick of living in overcrowded apartment and too many people sharing bathroom. Thus, we are happy to pay a bit more for more privacy and peaceful mind. If it sounds good to you, give us a call or text! :)
I work as a manager at a cupcake shop in the inner west and will be resuming my degree part time at Western Sydney University at the end of July. I’ve lived in several share houses previously, so I interact well with most people but also understand and respect when people need their own space. I love to laugh and go out, but when I’m home I’m usually in my room or cleaning or cooking/baking. I’m pretty much an open book and will be able to tell if I can get along with someone the first time I meet them. My current situation: I’m in a share house with 4 other people. I have my own room (3.5x6m), walk-in robe and ensuite with bills included at $280 per week. Looking for: a large room (I have a queen size bed, two bedside tables, a desk, a chest of drawers, a tall boy and 2 bookshelves) with an ensuite or own bathroom for roughly the same price or a bit less if possible, including all bills and internet.
Gday! My name is Kaush and I am 32 years old. Originally from Sri Lanka. I work in the city full time . So u will hardly see me on weekdays. I am a very simple guy and like to keep things clean and tidy all the time. During weekends I usually hit the gym or catching up with friends for drinks. I might also get lonely with a good read and hot cup of coffee 😊 I am a friendly guy and easy to get along. I love to meet new people and of course I respect others privacy and their own space. Cheers! Kaush
Hello! I am fairly new to Sydney, and am looking to find a place to stay with someone. I work full-time in the City as a public servant, and would ideally like to live with another working professional. I have preference for the suburbs listed on my profile, but I am flexible. I don't own a car, so proximity to public transport, amenities (eg shops) is very important. I am somewhat of a hygiene freak so would naturally prefer someone like-minded. Definitely no smokers or pets please. I'm also after a home environment that is generally quiet and peaceful. I don't mind the occasional low-key get-together but no regular loud parties or music. I enjoy reading, exploring interesting places around Syd/NSW (hiking/walking), food.
I am a full-time engineer working in the Parramatta region, usually working long hours during the week. The only time you will see me is early in the morning or at night. On the weekends I play football, go outdoors, and catch up with family & and friends. I get along with almost anyone and am generally a very organised and tidy person.
Hi, I am from New Zealand and I just moved to Australia this week. I am looking for a furnished private room preferably with own bathroom not too far from the train station! I will be working full time in the CBD and spending weekends exploring, going to cafes and some chilling too. I am easy going, respectful, friendly and clean.
I’m looking for a good place, quiet and tidy. I’m organised and clean.
I am Lebanese, looking for a calm apartment and good flatmates. I don't know anything about Sydney, it's my first time and i am going to continue my master degree so actually i will studying 2 days/week and work 4 days/week as a part time. I am looking for a clean and healthy environment. i can speak three languages: French, Arabic and English
My name is Melissa, and I am 21 years old. I am a student here in Sydney, but I am from Guatemala (central america). I also have a part time job as a waitress, which I love to do. I am a clean, organised, and respectful girl. I will not create any trouble, since I am always minding my own business. In my free time I like to read, netflix and chill, go out with my friends, or workout. I also love meeting new people, and learning about different cultures.:) I would like to live in a female house only, with my private room.
I'm down to earth, energetic, clean and a responsible adult. I am a deep lover of nature and have a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy socialising as much as I enjoy quiet time on my own. Ideally I'm looking for a studio flat; however, my backup plan is to share a house with clean, respectful and like-minded professional over the age of 25. I intend to stay in my new accommodation for at least next 6 months. I'd happily provide more information about myself, you just need to drop me a line:)
We are a German/Brazilian Couple who came to Australia to work and live. I am working full time as Software developer in Rhodes and my wife Lisa is looking for a job. We keep things clean and meet our friends at other places so you would have a quiet home.
