My lovely current landlords are moving, so I am in need for a new place by 08/01/16. I am neat and quiet, don't smoke. Love good movies, good books, good music, good tea/ coffee, good chat.
I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. When i'm not working, I enjoy music, reading and gym. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months).
Full time IT professional. I like to think of myself as relatively tidy and organised. Clean common spaces and respect for property are a must. No issues with short term guests or infrequent gatherings but would prefer to avoid a party house. Looking for something relatively close to a train station. Fast internet speed would be nice too! Interests: - gaming - sci-fi/fantasy books/movies I've been biking to work so I'll need a secure location to store my bike. Have a pet lovebird that will need to tag along! Move out date is very flexible and budget can afford to stretch out a bit more depending on the place.
Well hello there! I am a 20 year old full time uni student from Southern California seeking a long-term place to stay that is near ACU and convenient for transportation, (train station/bus) Looking for: - Furnished room - Bills (gas, water, electricity) and Internet included - I enjoy cleanliness + a well-kept environment and I am open-minded and easy to get along with. My interests include: Making/eating good food, going to music concerts, watching Netflix, festivals, coffee dates, etc. (Nothing wild, most of my time is consumed with studying). I'm half Filipino and German, (I can understand Tagalog, I like to think that's pretty cool.) And I prefer to live with females. Hope to hear from you soon!!
Have experience of living in a shared house in different regions. I am peaceful don't smoke and only drinks socially. Like to cook, travel and exercise outdoors. Respect privacy and good to talk.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cat so I prefer a house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out.
Hi there, my name is Edan. I moved to the big city from the central coast one year ago and I am now looking for another place. I like to cook, go to the gym and relax after a day at work. I would love to check out your place if possible. Thanks
Hello! My name is Wendy, and I'm originally from the Hornsby (NSW) area. I'm currently a full time childcare worker and need somewhere to move out by the end of this year! A little bit about me is that I do the digital arts -- animation, sound mixing, voice acting and all that jazz, so as you know, I'm quite artistic and occasionally noisy! I'm also working on a personal project and with that in consideration, so I do prefer to operate in the AMs at times! Personality-wise, I'm sociable and easy-going, I enjoy being around people and getting to know them, so as you know, I'm quite friendly.
I am a friendly and easy-going flattie. I like having my own space but also associating with housemates. I have been sharehousing for 6 years and like living in a clean and tidy house and am conscious of respecting noise etc. I am originally from WA but currently living in Dubbo; I like traveling and eating and meeting new people. I also have a dog who loves meeting new people too!
I'm a balanced person in general, social but understanding of personal space, tidy but not a control freak, I like going out but not a party animal, etc. I'm easy going, thats all I can say :)
My name is Vanessa, I am 23 years old and am looking to team up to rent out an apartment in the Rhodes/Parramatta area with another young female.I am currently working full time as an educator but will be starting a new job as of February/March 2017 as well as studying a few hours a week. I am fun, friendly and sociable, I don't mind the company but do enjoy having quiet time to myself. I am clean and tidy (if I could underline this I would).I grew up in a 'display home' so I would ultimately like to live with someone who can keep things pretty clean. Please note I am looking to move after February 2017, if you feel that we would get along and this is convenient for you please feel free to email me.
