Hello, My name is Marisa and I am looking for a private room to rent along with two purebred Ragdoll cats, Arya and Jewel. I am employed full time in Rhodes, for a multinational facilities management company. Specifically, I am involved with our Department of Education contract, procuring contractors and monitoring in house client services managers, to carry out major upgrade works at all primary and high schools, in Sydney. When I'm not at work I enjoy going out with friends, going to the gym, and occasionally travelling on the weekends (my cats will stay at a boarding facility, whenever I decide to go away). Personality wise I am friendly, outgoing, polite and respectful, clean and tidy. I love to laugh and have fun, and always make sure to include everyone, as much as they want to be included that is. I hardly ever have friends over, preferring to go out to spend time with them, experiencing all that our beautiful city has to offer. Cats: My cats, as I've said, are purebred Ragdoll's (they go limp whenever you pick them up and have gorgeous bright blue eyes). I purchased this particular breed of cat as they are very friendly, intelligent and easy to care for. They are toilet trained, fully vaccinated and treated for fleas, worms and all other parasites. As a means to ensure that they do not cause any trouble, for you or me, they have been insured for their health and also any third party damage (up to $1,000,000) that may arise from them living in a place not owned personally by myself. They are indoor only cats and will mostly stay in my room (sleeping on my bed) and only be out in the rest of the house, when I am at home.
I'm looking around to rent a studio bedroom type with kitchen and bathroom to stay temporary or long term in the future (will consider when it goes into the communication with good owners) . Sorry no sharing with others at all highly hygiene and private person here. Keywords of Annie: private, good clean, tidy, workaholic, sometimes-funny, easy-going, love nature, quiet, good responsible, very unique hard to find Lol.
IT professional female in her early 30s. About me I eat and live healthy. Hit the gym at least 5 times a week. During my free time I spend time reading, watching movies/series, shopping and socializing with friends. I am respectful to other people's spaces, usually I keep to myself. However, do not mind sharing a light chat with my flatmate. I like keeping my home clean and tidy. Would prefer to share the place with female flatmates.
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Hi I'm Jess I am looking for a share house for med-long term. I am 26. I work full time in Sydney CBD in a 5 star hotel chain. Monday-Friday. Very neat and tidy (actually a bit of a clean freak) love doing a bit of interior decorating. I have a fair bit of furniture which I am happy to bring along. Great cook and love to host a dinner party here and there (Vegans probably would not want to live with me as I do a great roast dinner) Use a lot of my spare time at the gym, yoga or shopping. After work I like to try different restaurants with my colleagues or just chill out with some trashy tv. I can be a bit shy sometimes but you will see my sarcastic humor come out once I get to know you. I would prefer to have bills included with the weekly rent.
Hi! I'm Jodie, I'm 22 and I'm from the UK. I make excellent cuppas and I always do the washing up. I'm friendly, laidback and very chilled to live with and looking for something short term to begin, maybe with the possibility of extending :)

Also non-smoker, love dogs/cats :)) Looking forward your contact :) Thank you :) Regards, Jiyoon
Quiet and clean, probably more happy to keep to myself but not some completely anti social. Looking for a large ensuite room with parking or something similar. Interests include gaming, movies, cars, also own a motorcycle. Intermittently get into fitness. Overall pretty chill, keen to join in or have the odd poker night once a month.
I am a 27 year old Brisbane born civil engineer recently moved to Sydney and looking for housemates! I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. When I'm home, I'm sociable and chilled. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own spaces, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I am able to move in straight away, but not in any rush either. Hope to hear from you!

I'm an engineer working in technical marketing. Recently moved to Sydney from Manila but I’m not exactly new to Australia. I'm easy going, clean and very sociable but I like to have private time also. I do a bit of photography and filmmaking on the side so I’m pretty much preoccupied on weekdays. Weekends are spent outdoors or hibernating at home. Prefer to find a room in an apartment but I’m also down to team up to start a new lease. I’m flexible with move in dates as I have only a week’s notice period right now. Cheers!

Hello, My name is Nicole I am 25. I am looking for a new place to call home close by Sydney Olympic Park. ( I will not be looking to move in until about March) I currently live on my own in a one bedroom place by the beach in Wollongong. I am looking for somewhere to call home nice and close to my new job in Sydney Olympic Park. Preferably with my own bathroom or en suite and sharing with one or two other people. I would love to live in the Wentworth Point Area. My work will require me to work some weekends and evening and some long hours so I may not be around all the time. When I am not at work I enjoy getting out and about trying new places to eat. But I also just as much love to stay in and watch a movie or whichever Netflix series I may be obsessing over. I am pretty friendly and easy to get along with. I would love to live with someone who is happy to socialise but also likes their own space. I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
