- outdoor space
- ensuite/private bathroom
- close to public transport
- close to the beach/nature
- 6-12 months agreement.
- no other animals or just a small dog.

About me:
Hi!
I am coming from Melbourne with my 13yo mini foxie Milo. I am 30 years old and I've been living by myself and paying $450 rent for the last 5 years. Prior to that I spent ages 18-25 living in share houses with all sorts of people from friends to flatmates that became friends. I understand how a share house works, etiquette and how to coexist (and thrive!) with other people.

I am neat & tidy (clean as you go kinda vibes), quiet, and devoted to self development, women's empowerment, sisterhood and emotional awareness.

My dog is 13 years old, desexed, house trained, and at her age her favourite hobby is sleeping. She gets along well with other amimals, and kids, but would do better with either no other animals or just one small dog. (No big dogs or multiple dogs)

I have secured work in the area and will be working full time. However I will be taking periods to work from home here and there.

I will also be selling most of my stuff before moving and just bringing the necessities. (I'm coming from Melbourne and packing light!) So I won't be bringing any furniture. But I am also happy to secure my own upon arrival.

I'm calling in a home that feels like home, and my tribe 🙏✨️
