I’m currently living in Buderim and finding myself drawn back to the coast. I spend a lot of time kitesurfing at Currimundi and paragliding at Moffat Beach, so I’m excited about the opportunity to find a place nearby to genuinely call home.

I’ve previously owned two properties (sold in Currumbin) and am planning to purchase again within the next year or two. In the meantime, I’m looking to settle closer to the beach as a long-term renter.

I work full-time and have excellent rental references describing me as a tidy, quiet, and respectful tenant. I live a low-key lifestyle as an early riser, early nights, healthy habits, and I’m often away camping on weekends. I don’t smoke or vape, rarely drink, and have no pets. I’m single and it’s rare that I have visitors as we enjoy adventures outdoors.

I’m really hoping to find a well-looked-after place where I can settle in and treat it as my own while I plan my next purchase.

Flexible with move-in date February or March would be great. I would like to give my current place 2 weeks notice.

Looking for self-contained unit, flat or studio with private entrance only. Not interested in
sharing common areas.
