Accommodation Wanted – From 1st May

Hi 😊

I’m a single female in my mid-40s, working full-time in Kwinana Beach, looking for a long-term place to call home for myself and my beautiful border collie, Milly 🐾

I start work early (around 6am) and usually finish between 4:30–5pm, sometimes later, with occasional overtime during the week or on weekends. Because of this, I’m generally only home in the evenings and keep a quiet, low-key routine — early nights are pretty normal as my job can be physically demanding.

Outside of work, I live a fit, healthy, outdoors lifestyle. I spend most of my free time with my horses around Baldivis/Oakford, or working on DIY projects. I’m also considering joining a local gym once I’m settled (if I can find the time 😆).

I’m social, friendly, tidy, and respectful, but definitely not a partier — I’m best suited to a calm, easygoing home environment.

🏡 What I’m Looking For

• Budget: up to $300/week (including bills & internet)
• Locations: Kwinana Beach, Baldivis, Oakford & surrounding areas
• Bonus: rural or semi-rural property (but open to quiet, secure residential homes)
• Must have storage or garage space (horse gear, tools, garden equipment, etc.)
• Prefer living with homeowners rather than real estate setups — I’m looking for stability and something long-term

🍽️ Lifestyle & Food

I’m very low-maintenance. I currently get Youfoodz meals during the week, which usually covers lunches (and often dinner too), so I’m not taking over the kitchen. Otherwise, I just sort myself out for snacks and weekends.

I’m always happy to share the occasional takeaway or relaxed meal if that suits the household vibe.
