Jin

My name is Jin, and I’m a 28-years old from Korea moving to Melbourne for work early next year. I’m hoping to find a place in Footscray / West Footscray from January, but I’ll be arriving in mid-December, so an earlier move-in would be perfect if that’s possible.

I’ll be working full-time (usual hours like 9–6 or 10–8, sometimes on weekends), so I won’t be home most of the day. When I am home, I like to keep things quiet and relaxed. I usually just study, listen to music, or read books to wind down at home, and going to the gym.

I’m respectful of personal space, and I always keep shared areas tidy. At the same time, I do value a friendly household vibe. Chatting over tea/coffee, sharing a meal now and then, or going to a café/bar together are more than welcome.

I’ve lived in shared housing before, when I was in South Africa, so I’m very familiar with being considerate, communicating clearly, and making sure the home stays comfortable for everyone.
