Hi, I'm Baz. I'm 31, work at Sunshine College teaching design and art and am looking for a share house a bit closer to work then my current place in Brunswick. I'm into the arts, enjoy cooking (have been working on my salad repertoire recently), playing and listening to music (I play guitar and piano), watching basketball, trying keep up my Chinese, getting lost in googling the etymology of words, and drinking lots of tea! Thanks!
Hi! I'm Suzanne and I'm turning 21 soon. I go to the University of Melbourne where I'm completing a Bachelor of Arts. I would love to live with a couple of people around my age and expand my social circle. I love dogs, the beach and op shops - but I spend way too much time on my computer instead, watching random documentaries on youtube.
Helloooo! My name is Abi, I'm a 24 year old American girl and I'm in the process of looking for more work in the Melbourne/Sunbury area (near the train lines) but am receiving Centrelink payments fortnightly and currently work casually at events and festivals for a company called Donug’s. Though I am on a MAD job hunt right now and will hopefully have one in the next few weeks! I am a very clean person, very open-minded, I know when to keep to myself but I do love to socialize and get to know people. My computer is my pride and joy and I do spend a lot of time on it (though it doesn't like me much at the moment), so you surely won't have to worry about me throwing crazy parties, though I'm fine with an occasional one. I am super animal friendly, I LOVE to cook, can sleep through basically any kind of noise, love to hear stories and get to know people, hugely into music and gaming, and have worked in the hospo industry for about 10 years, eventually I'd love to branch out into other things though (even retail!). Though I am currently looking for more frequent work, I do have money saved up and am on Centrelink so I'm always good for rent. I'm currently looking for something at $180 pw max while I am still job hunting. I am not very picky on room size as long as a bed, clothes and computer desk will fit. I'm also very willing to get together with people to try to form a new share house so if you are interested let me know! I'd also like to just add that I do not have a drivers license and will need some way to access public transport! And ALSO would really prefer something furnished, at least with some form of bed as I don't really own any furniture besides a bedside table and a few suitcases haha. If there is anything you'd like to know more about or any questions, feel free to email or text me. Kind regards and thanks heaps! Abi
I’m currently living in Spotswood however, I'm looking for somewhere to settle for 12 months. I’m quiet, respectful, very clean and know when to give people space. I like to swim and love the cinema. I work in the city full-time as an Analyst. I don’t smoke and my party days are well and truly over so looking for a peaceful place to live. I'm not looking to move until Mid-May.
I'm an organized person, respectful and friendly. At this moment I'm studying English and I'm focused in improved my skills in English because I want to use for my professional career. I'm a Telecommunication engineer. I'm looking for a house where it is quiet, respectful and cleansed,
I am down to Earth, sweet, I pay my rent on time, I am quiet, I am not fussy with accomodation, I don't require much, I make a good salary so money isn't at all an issue, I have good people skills, I tend to keep my opinions to myself, I am easy going and relaxed, I am very neat and tidy and I tend to keep my personal life to myself. And if you are so inclined and it is right, we can become great friends because I am a really cool girl and fun to be with :)
Hey there future house mate; Our names are Sherrie and Christobel and we’re on the hunt for our next victim lol, just kidding😊 As you can tell we’re actually after another roomie😁 Sherrie needs to move out of her current place by the 12th of May. Bit about us, Sherrie is studying nursing full time and working part time. Christobel is currently working full time. We work at the same place and instantly clicked and have been friends ever since. We both LOVE true crime shows and the occasional horror movie, but not spiritual ones because Christobel gets really scared🤣 We value a clean house and respect others and their privacy. We are very approachable people and enjoy spending time with our friends and family. We equally love spending time on our own. Our ideal roomie would be someone who knows how to have a laugh and doesn’t take life too seriously. Full time employment is preferable and 2 reference will need to be provided, one personal and one professional. We are looking to rent a townhouse or 3 bedroom around Altona North area or somewhere along the Watergardens train line, not too far from the city. Has to be near public transport as neither of us have cars. As for rent, we think $600pm pp. or $1800pcm is doable, utilities not included. As we are both very busy, message us if you are interested and we will organise a time/place to either meet up or set up a Skype/phone interview.
I'm originally from South Australia and moving to Melbourne with my job working for an environmental non-profit in comms. I've had great experiences living in share houses - in Adelaide, Canberra, Indonesia, Melbourne and London - so looking for like-minded new friends to share with. I'm the sort of housemate that enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, but happy also to do my own thing. If I'm home, you'll probably find me in the kitchen cooking, in the living room reading, or in my bedroom playing guitar or looking after plants. I am nature-seeking and a bit of a culture nut so I like to go out exploring on the weekends. Just to get some conversational taboos out the way, you should know I’m a leftie feminist socialist greenie - but I also believe in trying to be less binary, so I'm open to discussions on pretty much any topic and interested in alternative perspectives. I'm also a person of faith and will be looking to join an inclusive church – in case you can recommend me one. Since I'm from interstate I'd also like to find a place that’s cool with me hosting the occasional visitor. If that all sounds good, get in touch.
Currently living in Western Australia. I'm easy going, keep to myself but not afraid to socialize. I've lived with my large family most of my life and for a short while on my own while studying. Computers and gaming are my current hobbies but mostly I love to cook and explore new foods in the kitchen. I have aspirations to be a doctor one day and I'm attending university in Melbourne this year which I'm really excited about. I'm looking for a place that will help break me out of my introvert shell and explore Melbourne.
Hey, we are Padg and Tess, two friends in our mid-twenties originally from Adelaide (but please don't hold that against us!). Tess has lived in Melbourne for a year and works full-time in the CBD as an accountant, and I'm moving over to start a new job in April to start a new graduate job in the public service! I'm into playing soccer, cooking (I'm a vegetarian), reading, veging out and exploring my surroundings. Tess loves cooking, travelling, movies and exploring. We'll both be travelling between here and Adelaide occasionally to see our friends and families. Both of us have experience sharehousing and we are friendly and tidy, ideally looking for someone similar who is independent but likes to occasionally hang out, cook together or venture out for activities. We aren't big partiers at home but enjoy going out occasionally on the weekends. We are looking for a housemate to join us as we look for a new place! We have limited furniture (fridge, couch, and items for our own rooms) at the moment, so if you have any there will probably be space for it; however I'll probably buy anything we don't have. We are flexible on location but somewhere near public transport is a must, and we want someone for at least the length of a 12-month lease. If you're interested just send me a message telling us a bit about yourself! Cheers!
I'm currently finishing off my teaching degree while working in hospo. I've been renting for years now, so im pretty house trained! I'm friendly clean and respectable. Also pretty flexible on what area I move into!
im 27, just moved to melbourne to study fulltime, and work part time, im relaxed, social, very clean and tidy, and always quiet of a night time (no loud tv or speakers keeping you awake) i love football (soccer), marvel, movies, tv binge, relaxing in the sun, and gym and a healthy lifestyle, but the odd big night out too!
I am young, fun, chill, easy going, mature, responsible, and most of all- happy! I love hanging out with friends and some beers, playing games, going to chill bars, snowboarding, and scuba diving. My biggest passions are traveling and animals! I'm from Seattle, WA. I love my home in the Pacific Northwest, but not the biggest fan of the US in general. I love to meet genuine people from around the world. I am looking for a fellow roommate that has good vibes and open communication. I can enjoy being introverted and alone, just as much as being extroverted and hanging with my roomie. Open to all possibilities!
Hi my name is Estefania, but just call me Stef. I'm an Industrial Engineer from Colombia, living in Melbourne since Sept 2016. I'm currently studying a course of project management and working as a receptionist/assistant in a dental practice in Footscray and also do some babysitting. I consider myself clean, organised and tidy, so I'm looking to share with people with the same qualities. I'll appreciate to have access to the kitchen and a space in the fridge, because I like to prepare my own food. I'm willing to collaborate with the cleaning of common spaces as long as it is a shared task. I value to have the chance to chat every now and then with my flatmates but I also do like my time alone and privacy. Any questions about me don't hesitate to ask!
HIYA I'm Czarina or Z or whatever, 27, I work full time in the CBD (office) and sometimes I also work at a film camera store. I am currently living in a 1bedroom apartment in West Footscray and am looking to save $$ hence the reason for moving. Do like to party but also love quiet alone time when I am home. I am quite busy in the week and may not get home till late most days. Interests include photography/cooking/fashion/music/health etc etc. I am bang tidy and expect the same from who I live with. I am looking for a place that is close to public transport to the CBD for work, clean/tidy room/bathroom/kitchen situation, flatmates who respect your privacy but are also chill and can hang/ have a drink etc. Ideally would like to live with someone who works full time too but not necessary. Am not the best at writing bios so feel free to ask me anything else just don't be weird
Responsible, clean and friendly roommate looking for easy going roommates. Ideally looking for a place close to a bus or train station and a convenient place in terms of getting to Melbourne or Geelong. I am studying full time as an Engineering student as well as working part time in Education sector in CBD. Although I don't have any pets, I am okay with them and would welcome a chance to stay in a house that has one (or a couple !)
