Hey guys, I'm Shrey. I'm starting a defence-funded PhD in computer science at RMIT in November.

I'm mainly looking to team up with one other person to apply for a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on realestate.com.au. The goal is for us both to get our own bathrooms and a decent-sized bedroom (I need space for a desk and a full-size mirror) with AC. I'm aiming for places anywhere that's under a 30-minute commute to the CBD/RMIT via PT. I'm also totally open to jumping into an existing sharehouse if you have an ensuite room available!

My budget is around $300 - $400 a week for my half.

During the week I'll be spending most of my time at uni or at home working on my research or teaching at uni. I also hit the gym regularly. On weekends I'm usually shopping, playing pickleball, or out. Clean, reliable, and funded via stipend + TA/tutoring work so rent and bills are never a stress.

I definitely respect downtime and personal space since I'll be doing a lot of studying, but always down for a chat. Hit me up if you're keen to team up for a lease or have a room going!
