$250/week•36 year old male
Hi, I'm Mat... I moved to Melbourne to start my career in tech as a web developer. I completed my studies last year and I've been working FT in logistics while studying from home and applying for my first tech job. and So far, I love it here...as a newbie to the city I'm usually out and about exploring most weekends...needlessly wasting money on coffee and food...and coffee. Although, I enjoy my own time (I have to study a lot)... I make an effort to create a home for my housemates. I'm laid-back, love to laugh and enjoy a chat. I'm looking for 'a home vibe'...so happy to contribute with furniture...a garden...etc, etc. I'm super respectful when it comes to tidiness and noise. (My days cleaning up after others are done...! You won't have to tolerate that with me) I'm a non-smoker and only drink occasionally...usually out. PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE A CAT. He's really friendly, relaxed (like a dog)...and takes his business outside (so...no smelly litter trays. Yuck!)...he usually spends most of his time outside anyway or sitting in my room. If I fit your criteria...let me know. Cheers!

i am friendly and open minded, looking for a place to be comfortable. I have recently moved to the city from rural Victoria to broaden my experience as a community nurse with young families . i work 4 days/week and have lots of interests so likely wont be home that much. I love a chat but am respectful of others privacy and need to wind down, few other things- I don't smoke, am clean & tidy, like pets and am not a party girl.

(LOOKING FOR ENSUITE or own bathroom) I'm very easy to get along with an open minded and reasonable person, I tend to stay busy doing my own thing but also enjoy socializing and trying out new things, I also give crisp high fives. Some things that are very important to me is cleanliness and respect and would expect my housemates to be the same. I'm looking for a place with an ensuite or my own bathroom.

Hi! I'm looking for somewhere pet friendly as I have a 5 yo Labrador, Kovu, and its best if he’s the only pet but he loves people! Max spend $200/week. I work in Fitzroy Sunday - Thursday so just looking anywhere that's not going to be an hour commute really :) I like to go out on the odd friday but most nights I'll be found at home watching tv and hanging with Kovu. I’d like a house where everyone is friendly and likes to occasionally do a cook up with some drinks and watch a movie/ play a game or two together but also understands everyone needs ‘me’ time. I’ve been renting for over 8 years now so I'm familiar with share housing and have never paid my rent late. My own room may get a bit untidy (floordrobe) but I always keep communal areas clean and tidy :) I also have quite a bit of furniture and things like fridge, washing machine and dryer so can help out with furnishing if needed and don’t need a room that’s already furnished. Oh and I have a collection of house plants so if you’re into indoor plants we can definitely bond over that :) I'm also 420, SW & LGBTQI friendly and expect the same of my housemates. I currently have a property listing up as well for a place I’m interested in teaming up with people to apply for!
