Hi ^^

I’m Lenore, I am looking to team up with a few other women or non-binary people to live in a rental in the inner western area (preferably close to sunshine/st albans).

About me:
- Studying Bachelor of Nursing
- Currently working as a casual employee
- I love art, drawing, gaming and cooking
- I can be a little shy at first but warm up quickly once I get to know people ^^
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces

What I am looking for in a rental:
- Somewhere close to PTV
- Good vibes
- Respectful and safe environment
- Preferably all women/ nonbinary people
- I’m okay with smoking and pets

My rent budget is $150–$180 per week, with potential flexibility in the near future.

I’m on a bit of a short timeline to find accommodation, so I’d love to meet up soon over coffee and see if the vibes are good!
