I work in Film & TV production. My hours are long. I'm away 12, 13 and 14 hours a day. Love dogs. I'm pretty low maintenance. Easy going. Happy to garden and do stuff around the house. Respectful of other people's space.
Hey! I'm Jayson. I work part time as a pet nutritional advisor and receive the disability pension. I also make costumes on the side. I love a good cook up, a cold beer and some funny movies! I have a dog, currently in the process of becoming a psychiatric service animal. So he is incredibly well behaved and maintained. However, he does not get on well with cats yet. He is my world. I am a trans-man so I am looking for an LGBT inclusive place that. I'm Melbourne based but no unfortunetly permanent address at the moment. Hence seeking accomodation here.

Hello! I'm Marco, I'm 29 and I'm a full time Italian assistant in a secondary school. I have quite experience living in sharehousing for the past 9 yrs I am quiet, tidy, respectful, responsible and friendly. I'm a good cook, into cleaning and general maintenance of a house. My hobbies include: Reading, Watching Netflix (and I'd need a wifi connection for that), Chilling with friends and Enjoying a nice hang out on days off. I like to have a balance between relaxing at home and having some time of my life with my friends, especially during the weekend. After work, I would like to come in a quiet place and enjoy the evening. I'm LGBT+ friendly, I do not have any pets but I love them (especially dogs). If you think I'm suitable for your home and/or if there's anything else you wish to know about me please, contact me! (Text and messaging on here preferred). I am looking for a house (not party house) that has these 3 particularities: - A wifi connection - Heating - Close to a train station
My name is Achini, I am 32 and I am a legal sect by profession. I am from Perth originally. I moved to Melbourne one and half months ago and I have also been travelling since I arrived here. I have just returned back to Melbourne from the holidays and I need some accomodation for the interim/ short period of time until I get my employment and my own accomodation secured. I am looking to move in on Monday. I am a kind, safe, very clean, neat tidy and reliable/ very responsible person. I got sufficient identification that can be provided. I will be careful with the place as my own. In Melbourne, I have been staying at my aunts and I want to move closer to the city to attend the interviews with ease (all law firms are based there). Due to the move + travelling I am a little tight on finances therefore it would be ideal if no bond is required, and I am allowed to pay as I go. The rent I can afford with confidence is $100 a week. I am looking for ideally just for about 1-2 months accomodation only but want to be allowed to pay as I go, because I might get employment secured anytime. It is my wish to get my own accomodation when I get my new employment therefore I am looking for a very short term stay. I ask that I am allowed in the first instance to pay rent for one week only. However the subsequent (2nd) week onwards to be allowed to pay rent every two weeks. This is because currently I am in the middle of my pay and my pay comes in a fortnightly basis. I am available to rent the room until I secure my own accomodation and until I secure my employment. Currently attending a lot of interviews and I am certain something is going get finalised soon hence the request to stay short term on a pay as I go basis. (with discretion to leave if anything is secured earlier with 2 weeks notice to you to be fair on you should the need be). Saying that I would like to live in a nice safe place. Not anywhere with any drugs/alcohol or crazy party houses. Really, looking for a safe cosy place to call home even for this short period of time with some positive minded beautiful people. Thank you for reading
