Hello future flatties! I’m Xander. ☺️I work full-time in residential youth care which I’m super passionate about. I’ve got a strong work/life balance, which lets me enjoy time at home gardening, creating, or simply recharging. I’m also studying a master’s in counselling, and I’m passionate about psychology, politics, and sociology so always down for a good chat! I’m open-minded and love to learn from others experiences too.

I enjoy the occasional bev and catching up with friends. I make time to care for my home, my dog, and the people I live with. I value respectful, easygoing vibes and shared spaces that feel safe and welcoming.

My dog, Boston, is an 8-year-old labrador mix who’s the sweetest soul. He’s housetrained, barely barks, and absolutely adores humans. He never learnt fetch and likes to cob his toys to self-soothe. He is a SOLO PET HOUSEHOLD ONLY. We get plenty of walks and he naps like a pro. He needs a small amount of yard space.

I’m flexible with move dates but as soon as possible would be awesome!
