TDLR; single female, one dog, wanting yard, friendly, respectful, clean Hi! After much umhing and ahing I'm looking for a new house. I love my current place as I've sunk many hours into the garden but i could only afford it when working two jobs. I'm looking for somewhere longterm. I have a cattleXlab dog named Nucky. He's very sweet and funny with no behavioural issues at all. He's strangely spacially aware (i.e he'll hover at the door of your room until being invited in), does his business in the exact spot everytime so you'll never have poo on ur shoe, gets along well with every animal and it's just an all round delight. We've been sharehousing for 4 years together so this isn't his first rodeo. I love to garden and will be mucking about outside everyday. I don't need huge space, just enough sun to get things growing. I had my summer crop planned but haven't started so i'll be onto it as soon as i move in. I have about 20 herbs & wildflowers as well as veg. I love to cook but haven't mastered the cooking-for-one thing so if youre hanging about the house trust that you'll be offered a meal near daily. I have a car but it has been trapped in NSW since lockdown #1. it's kinda a project so if there's a driveway or carport that would be really helpful but I'm also okay with onstreet. I'm a creative writing student who works various forms of hospo when that's possible. I like to read, write, watch movies, eat food, drink (living in walking distance to a bottlo is a real selling point) and work on whatever hobby i'm obsessed with this week. I'm the compost creating and plastic sorting type of person and I don't eat large amounts of meat if it's a vego/vegan household. I'm a really clean person and I need a personal cleaning routine to function but idc how you live your life, i wont be upset if you leave a plate in the sink etc. Also I prefer unfurnished bedroom. I have a sweet smallish lounge, 2 record players and a PS4 if that tickles you.

I am an A Grade Electrician who grew up in the inner northern suburbs. As per everyone, my plans for 2020 have changed completely. Originally I was meant to be working as a ski instructor in japan this summer. I also had tickets to Boom in Europe this year but had to forego that. Basically I've had the travel bug for a while, but Covid has taught me that perhaps its time to focus on Australia for a bit (also because we don't have a choice) and for that reason i'm looking for a new fam to settle down with for the next few years. My hobbies are generally fitness focused. I'm passionate about cycling, mostly mountain biking(just snapped my frame though fml) but love pedallin my fixie round aswell. Im also pretty obsessed with Bouldering and try to go as much as my tendonitis allows. Also love my skiing and snowboarding and dont mind a bit of white water rafting when i get the chance. Im also very passionate about yoga completing my Ashtanga/Hatha teacher training last year. I dont teach (yet) but I am pretty consistent with my practice and ideally would like a room spacious enough so I can practice in peace. In terms of music I have quite a broad interest but im pretty obsessed with melodic dreamy techno. I do have dj decks but I ashamedly must admit they are severely underused... But by all means if we live together go nuts on them! Love a doof just as much as I love Golden Plains and Meredith. Would love to live with some like minded individuals or people that share any of these passions! In the Kitchen I mostly cook vego/pesco and basically chuck kewpie on everything. Pretty keen for a house with a good standard kitchen! I generally cook for myself but keen on communal meals here and there. Not too keen on a full on party house.... been there done that. That being said i'm certainly not looking for an anti social house! A communal area is a must! and I respect the fact that sometimes kickons are more a necessity then a choice. I generally save the partying for festivals though these days Cleanliness is something I think is pretty important in a share house and I'd like to live with people that share that view. Especially in the kitchen and bathroom! I also understand that everyone has there own standards when it comes to cleanliness which is why I'm partisan towards cleaning rosters. Don't want to live somewhere where people just lock themselves in there rooms all day, everyday. I do however respect the fact that alone time and privacy is very important. I myself need solitude to recharge. Ideally id like to live with some Green thumbs, in a leafy area. Although pretty happy with anywhere from Brunny west to Alphington to Richmond. As a result of Covid I have acquired a shitload of fitness gear (A chin up trapeze with olympic rings, dip bar, bench press with adjustable dumbbells & Barbell, Hangboard) so somewhere to set that up would be great! I also have an optional treadmill. Its basically a full gym, so if you let me join your household you can cancel your gym membership. Currently the job I am contracted to also requires a bit of storage for stock (large boxes About the size of a fridge in total), and my tools. So if there is a garage or shed of some sort that would be awesome. Otherwise a large room would also be fine. My work is currently involved in the Victorian Energy Efficient Target Scheme, so I have financial security for the next coming years. I am however on Job keeper at the moment. Canine/Feline Housemates preferred, Humans are fine also.
