Miriam and Sam

Two 32-year old Sydneysiders taking the Melbourne plunge and looking to get acquainted with the area. We're both writers with a bit of work which we usually do at cafes or libraries. Sam's also partial to cocktail bar work (and makes a mean dirty martini), and Miriam's studying nutrition (and makes a mean shakshuka), plus we've got a bit of savings to keep us going til we find some work in town. We like going out for dinner or a couple of beverages on occasion, but often like to chill out with some telly, a game, a book or a sketchpad.
