I am a very organised, tidy and clean person. Originally from Colombia, but made Melbourne my home 4 years ago. I work full time as a software developer in Carlton. I am respectful of privacy and personal space, but also like to have the occasional chat or wine. I am into art, fitness, sports (bicycle), going to the gym and eating healthy. Not much of a party head anymore, but also like to have fun.
This Anna and Corrado. We are looking for a nice place to share with other people. I am an archeologist working in Victoria and Corrado studies cinema. We always lived with other people that soon became our family. After long time, we are going to live in the same city so we would love to live in the same house! We love music, music, chilling out and relax watching a movie or reading a book.
Hi there! We are a easygoing french couple looking for a funny and clean room. We are quite et clean, we love to cook and make pastry. We would like to be with other foreigner or Australian roommate to keep to speak english
I'm Sera, I'm 34 and have just moved back home to Melbourne from a few years away. I'm a footwear developer but moving in the food industry so will most likely be working 2 jobs to keep my feet in both worlds. I'm easy going and social, respectful and tidy. I am generally pretty chilled on school nights but love to get out and let me hair down on weekends and grab some pints or vinos with mates. Love to get out and explore on weekends also, whether that be for a camp, a trip to the beach or a market, a festival, the usual. Would like to live somewhere where housemates have their own lives but also want to spend time together when possible at home or the local after work.
Hey I'm chizz, Melbourne raised yo! I'm looking for a male housemate, any sexual orientation, doesn't faze me. I'm 24 years old female. Studied A.o.D & Psychology. Currently working full time at a college. Work is nothing new to me. I'm very bubbly and friendly asfk but also like my kick back time, blazedat and just relax. However, I do like a good night out or having a fun night in time to time. Like joking around, having a yarn, eating and zenning out. I will treat you like a mate, as it's part of my personality and respect personal space to the max. Would prefer if I could have ensuite if there is one, happy to pay the bit extra. My max budget for my half would be about $300💰 Looking for someone who is able to keep up with rent, doesn't have heaps of people over all the time, respects personal space, four-twenty tolerant, doesn't discriminate, LBGT+ friendly, non judgemental, can have a good laugh and doesn't leave dirty dishes around for days. I'm aiming to move before end of December, so let me know if all this suits you and may the crib hunting games begin 😊😊😊
Hi, just moved to Melbourne on a working holiday visa however not the ‘typical’ backpacker at 31, and don’t want to party or live in hostels the whole time. I’m clean, respectful, looking to live with like-minded people and hopefully make friends!
Hi everyone! I’m Karlita from Chile and I’m here with the work and holiday. Actually I’m in NT but very soon I’ll be in Melbourne so I’m looking for a nice place with wonderful people to live. I’m spiritual person and I’m respectful to everyone. I’m trying to learn cooking vegan food so it will be nice share stories and learn about the life :) Cheers everyone! Salud ❤️
My partner and I are gallivanting around overseas until the 25th of November, and are looking for a humble abode to call home for 3 once upon our arrival. Preferably around st kilda, south yarra, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Carlton areas but are open to other places if it's the right place. The introductions: I'm Emma! Originally from Melbourne, but have been travelling on and off for 3 years, lover of yoga, hiking, slacklining, I laugh/smile ALOT, and usually work in hospitality/as a travel nanny. Rayne is a friendly/super polite Canadian currently on a working holiday visa who says SORREY and EH lots so feel free to poke fun at him with me, he's a snowboarder in winter and a mountain biker in the summer, he usually picks up chef work when he's not doing seasonal work at ski resorts (he can cook some amazing house dinners for us if that's your kinda thing). We are house trained, friendly, easy going, respectful people in our mid 20s that get along with just about everyone. We're currently looking for something short term because Rayne will have to do rural / farm work to extend his working holiday visa for another year. We're happy to provide some/all of the rent upfront if need be as we're both going to be searching for work and I want to guarantee that it'll be no problem to pay rent on time :) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We would love to hear back from any and all, big or small! Em and Rayne
I'm a recent grad starting working full time in a city hospital, looking to find a place in Carlton/Fitzroy/surrounds for the next 4-6 months. Ideally looking to share with young professionals or students in their 20s. Down for a glass of wine or 5 of an evening - nothing too crazy but keen to live in a social environment. Am usually out and about on the weekends. Super clean and organised. Interests include coffee and puppies, either separately or at the same time.
I am a fun and loving German girl, who has been living in Melbourne permanently for 6 years now. I am looking for open, like minded people to share a home with throughout my uni days. I spend majority of my time working as a bartender and studying psychology at melbourne uni, but spend my free days either on little road trips or doing creative things at home, the garden or in the kitchen. I am always down for a glass of wine and some good chats :)
Hi, originally from Denmark but based in Berlin since 2004. I've worked some years in higher education, and am now doing a PhD. My project examines feedback in online learning. I'm in Melbourne for a 3 month stay as a visiting scholar at a local uni. In Berlin I'm mostly living a big city life, so I'm happy to have a few months here in beautiful Melbourne where the city is more easily combined with outdoor activities and wholesome fun. I enjoy bouldering, hiking, swimming, jogging, and most often I go to bed early to get an early start. I'm primarily searching for a room in CBD, Fitzroy/Collingwood or Brunswick. My Office is in the CBD, and I work normal office hours. I love meeting new people from different backgrounds, and with interests that are different from my own. I'll be in Melbourne until 1 April.
Hi. I'm a young at heart 41 year old looking for a mature, friendly, clean and quiet household to move into in December 2018. I'm a professional who is also training for an amateur body sculpting competition and studying part-time so I’m looking for a quiet, peaceful environment with a clean and functional kitchen. I enjoy fitness, running, swimming, reading, meditation, yoga, a large variety of music, philosophical/intellectual conversations, spiritual exploration (although I'm not religious) and getting out into nature, be it the beach or the hills. I'm vegetarian however the household doesn't need to be. There is quite a large amount of food prep required for my training so I tend to spend a lot of time in the kitchen each week however I’m mindful to work around others I live with and always clean up after myself.
Originally from the UK and have spent the last 3 years living and working in Austria. I've moved to Melbourne on a 4 year sponsored visa to start work in the Australian subsidary of my current company as a Project Manager. I'm pretty well-travelled and will be coming from shared accomodation (5 people), so I understand how important it is to be a clean and respectful housemate! An outgoing person and like to stay active whether it be in the gym, playing sports or out on a hike, etc. I'm also keen on my music and would love to meet people to head to some gigs with; officially a pubs-over-clubs kinda guy (these days!) and always keen to improve my cooking skills (obligatory glass of wine/cold beer during preparation!) Weeknights are admittedly quite low-key between work and keeping active, but it would be great to meet sociable housemates keen to enjoy the occasional meal together etc. If you've any questions, please feel free to ask!
So a bit about me; I'm 24, and currently between studies. I finished a bachelor of arts a few of years ago and have been doing odd stuff since then, but am planning on beginning a masters of architecture next year. I am interested in all sorts of things (sometimes too many)...such as permaculture, cooking, all sorts of music, doing various art/craft-like things such as gardening, reading and writing, and bike riding....etc. I'm looking for a communal kind of home that likes to cook and do stuff... Currently I'm working casually as a receptionist at a Physiotherapy but am looking for some other casual/part-time work.
Hi everyone ! Outgoing 25yrs old couple from Bali, Indonesia. we are both masters student and part time employee. We cook a lot, but always clean up afterwards, we're neat and like to live in a clean, tidy environment Always pay rent and bills on time (I am the “rent organiser” for the current share house). Our interests are; music, bicycle, shopping, movies and dogs! Although we don’t own any at the moment what we need is a nice, comfy place to call home for long term period. A big room with ensuite is not necessary but preferred. We need to find a place with one car park :) we are smoker, however, we will NOT smoke inside the property or even in the balcony if it's not allowed. We will obey the rules related to any smoking restrictions.
I love good food and company, I enjoy cooking and I'm very into clean spaces. I am an actor and playwright, social but definitely keep a low profile through the week as I'm usually busy with creative pursuits/rehearsals/hospo jobs. I'm a reliable, relaxed and down to earth person. I'm not a pet owner but I get along with dogs and cats swimmingly.
Hello, I am looking to find a place in late January/ early February. I am moving from Perth to Melbourne for a graduate position and will be working full time. In my spare time I enjoy going out with friends, gym and Netflix. I am hoping to find a place with friendly, easy going people. Message me if you're interested.
Hi! I'm Christine, am 19 and from Perth. Am moving to Melbourne in 2019 for university. I'm a bit of an uncoordinated weirdo who loves to read and sit on the internet aimlessly browsing. I'm currently enrolled at Swinburne studying Advertising and Social Media. Hoping to find a long term place to live as I plan to be in Melbourne for quite a while.
Would ideally love to live in the East Melbourne/CBD area.I've lived in Melbourne for the past year with housemates at the Deakin University student residence where I'm currently pursuing my master's degree. I am an easy going guy, I love socialising and meeting new people and am always down to go out for a drink or brunch! I am a clean and tidy person and very respectful of other peoples spaces. I'm looking for a roommate that is also tidy, positive and would be open to hanging out and exploring the city together :)

Hello potential flatmates! I'm a french chick in Melbourne with a WH visa, actually working as Barista and running volunteer events. I'm looking for a new home in a new suburb to experience new surroundings + extra job, so I don't have any precise move-in date but would like to find a cool place by the end of November! I'm a fairly social, easygoing person but quite busy/independant; so I tend to need my own time but very keen to catch up have a talk and share some good meals! I love cooking, music (play guitar, very poorly-) photography, design, going to cultural, art' events and live houses, as well as just chillin' home with some good beer. And coffee, of course. I can make your dreamest pour-over coffee =3= By the way I lived in Japan and speak Japanese, a bit of Italian too. Feel free to ask me anything, Cheers Melanie
