Hey potential future flatmate(s)! I’m a 21 year old Swede and I study Communication Design full-time at Billy Blue College of Design. I’m also most likely going to start looking for a part-time job just to get some extra money in addition to my income from Sweden. When I'm not studying I enjoy hanging out with friends, eating good food or just staying in watching Netflix. I'm really into art and design so all the exhibitions Melbourne has to offer is like heaven for me! On the weekends I like to go out for drinks or a couple of beers but won't bring the party home if it's not appropriate. I’d love to get to know my flatmate(s), hang out, explore Melbourne, maybe even go on a roadtrip/hike/whatever, but if that's not your thing I'm fine with that too! I used to rent a room in a flatshare in South Melbourne that I loved but now I've been in Sweden for one and a half months and I need to find a new place to call home! Preferably in Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda, Prahran and surrounding suburbs. I absolutely love living with others but sometimes I need my privacy for studies so therefore I'm only looking for a private room. I need good tram/train/bus connections if it’s in a suburb further away and I'd prefer a furnished room as I don't really own anything except for an $9 work lamp from IKEA. But it's not necessary if it's the right place. I'm allergic to pets so I don't want any furry things around me (It's okay if you're a hairy human). Do I sound like your new flatmate?! Hit me up!
I'm from Vietnam. A 20 year old Marketing student at RMIT who will finish his last year in Melbourne as an exchange student. An easy going, open minded and friendly ambivert who has a huge passion for meeting new people and setting foot in new lands. I'm also neat and enjoy fitness, swimming and the beach. Every now and then I give the dance floor my 200%.
I am a student searching for a place to stay while on exchange to the University of Melbourne, starting in February. My home university is the University of Amsterdam. The most important things about me are that I love to travel, love to cook, go running almost every day, and am studying psychology and neuroscience at the moment. I am a very neat and tidy person, quick in the shower, and will most likely spend most of my days outdoors. I obviously also like to relax at home from time to time and like some privacy. I also return this favor, though I would love to live with people who are also willing to socialize and make friends. I am always up for grabbing a drink, and I would be very willing to cook a few nights a week for the rest of the household.
Jill and I are moving to Melbourne from Perth on the 8th of February and are looking for a place either near the city or with easy access to public transport. We have both just graduated from university and looking to work part- or full-time as well as enjoy ourselves in a new town. We are friendly, respectful, quiet, and private people -- though we can be social and do enjoy the occasional drink or night out.
Hey! My name is Eren and I am a mechanical engineer, easy going, dance instructor at the same time. I have my guitar with me so we can have lots of fun. I like watching movies, drinking, cooking and sharing with people and finally dancing of course. I can teach lots of moves for fun :) Searching for clean, tidy and nice furnished houses to rent. I like going out with friends and up for any events so it is nice having me on your side :)
We have both been travelling for the past few months and are settling in Melbourne for 4-5 months to work/study. We are tidy, chilled out people who are looking to explore the city of Melbourne while we work and study. We both come from Scotland and enjoy playing sports, drinking good coffee, travel blogging/vlogging and wine.
A full time uni student, attending RMIT Fashion School in Brunswick, looking for a room near the campus (Brunswick, Carlton, Fitzroy, Coburg ....). Would prefer something long term (6 months - 1 year) and willing to spend around 175-180 p/w or 200 p/w (including bills and internet). I have loads of experience living in share houses and am pretty laid back. I have good social skills and will comfortably get along with almost everyone. Do like to go out from time to time but not huge on partying; would much rather go to a pub for a drink or 2. Very clean and well kept when it comes to sharing kitchen and toilet facilities. Will respect the privacy of other housemates and expect the same in return :)
Reluctantly moving as the owners are selling current place. Final year Media Comms major and work music/ hospo/ freelance on the side. Financially stable, into films, botany, good music, food, culture etc. Mostly busy and have my own things going on but I also enjoy having downtime with housemates/ having mates over to share food & vibes. I go interstate a few times a year sometimes for work/ to unwind/ suss gigs/ visit friends and fam. No stranger to share housing and would ideally like to live with like-minded people!
Hi! I'll arrive in Melbourne on February 12th to begin my master studies in Construction Management at the University of Melbourne. I'm 27 yo & have lived abroad for the past 7 years (mostly in shared houses, so I know well how to live with roomies in peace & enjoy it.;)). I'm clean, tidy, laid back, friendly & my friends say funny too :D. In my free time I'd love to cook (gotta be careful to not eat your fingers :P), share a beer or two (wine is even better), watch movies, go for a walk or hike! I'm ideally looking for a private room in an existing shared house but also willing & excited to team-up with other cool, easy-going people looking for a place to call home. :)
Hi! I'm Adelaide, a soon-to-be uni student who is looking to relocate from Newcastle (NSW) to Melbourne. I'm planning on studying at the University of Melbourne & I am looking for a sharehouse full of interesting, diverse and friendly people while I'm begining my tertiary studies. :) I am currently working part-time and will be working whilst studying. I love art and music - playing (predominantly) the guitar - but I am always willing to try new skills and hobbies. I'm very sociable and clean, and work well with others. I love meeting new people and I would describe myself as an ENTP/ENFP who is super duper open-minded!
Hi I am a 25 year-old professional soon to be working in Melbourne. I have been renting with friends and others for the last 5 years and have had a great experience every time. I am a Law/Commerce graduate currently working full-time in Brisbane. I am moving to Melbourne through an internal transfer with my company. I start work on the 30th of Jan, 2017, so hoping to be settled in a new place in Melbourne by then. I am a relaxed individual who enjoys being social but also appreciates peace and quiet as I often work long hours with my job. Love a glass of wine, the occasional netflix show, bars and cafes. I also love to stay active and eat healthy. I prefer a clean household, where all housemates are willing to equally share all cleaning duties. I am looking for a like-minded individual to share a house with. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions :)
Hey team Recently moved down to Melbourne to study Youth Work at RMIT and indulge in the lifestyle down this way. Originally from Coffs Harbour but have been living in Canada doing some cool things for a couple of years, but wanted to come down to Melbs and study. I'm 26 and I've been waitressing, travelling and Skiing around the world since I left high school and now keen for something new. The music scene/ creative vibe of Melbourne has definitely attracted me to this city. I'm down to earth, social, very much into gigs and live music- music in general and being around people but also love my down time and respect people's personal space. I've been living in staff housing and share houses throughout my travels so I totally respect different lifestyles, living arrangements, personal boundaries and the big one... being tidy 🙂 I've also been known to have killer dance moves and I can show you my ways if you would like. I want to live with people who are like-minded, and love to have a chat/drink/ meal together every now and then. I love drinking coffee, sports, and getting outside and taking advantage of the weather when its lovely :) Thanks so much!!! Look forward to hearing from some people! Aimee
Hey there, I am a 23 years old Chinese girl, easy-going, tidy and respectful. I like doing exercises and sharing things with people. I am a student now and still have 2 semesters to finish. Hope I can get well with you. I don't know what info will be attracting, if you are interested we can talk it in more details.^^
25, English, moving across to Melbourne in February. Will be working the 9-5 during the week. Spend most my time keeping fit or chilling out... Be nice to find a relaxed place but share a beer at the weekend
Hi there, I'm Angael, a French women of 30 YO. I'm looking for a smart and chill place in Melbourne from the 21st of January (yes, tomorrow!) until the 7th February. My english is not the best that's why I will go at school every morning during these 2 weeks. And well, I'm not real good singer but I really like live music and drinking beers ;)
Hello hello :-) I'm a friendly, tidy 29yo looking for a place to stay short-term in Melbourne. I've just come back from 7 months backpacking through South America, now I'm going back to the corporate life for a bit to save up for my next trip. I've got a 6-8 week contract at the Dept Health in Melbourne, which could turn into a longer-term thing or could not, so I'm looking for somewhere that will accept me for just two months to start. I cook and I clean (you should try my lemon chicken and baked feta), I love to talk and I'd much prefer a glass of wine over a game of scrabble than a party every weekend. I love to talk travel, current events, and food, and I love cycling. I'll be working a pretty standard 9-5 and I'm happy to hang out or do my own thing as the house goes. I'm deathly allergic to prawns so if they're on your menu every day that's not going to work for me, but other than that I'm open to any food preferences you've got, and any life styles. Gay and trans friendly, happy to live with kids if you've got them. Ideally I'd love a furnished place. I've got nearly all the things but would prefer not to have to transport them down from my Mum and Dad's in NSW. Happy to contribute any car-sized bits of furniture needed (TV, Wii, kitchenware, things...). I also need parking, though I'm fine with legal on-street parking. My job starts on Jan 30 (just confirmed!) so I'm hoping to move next week, or early the week after - I'll be staying with my sister in Brunswick East until then, but TBH I'm not so keen on sleeping on the floor for longer than I have to! Let me know if you'd like to chat - excited to meet you and start the next part of my adventure! Martina :-)
I'm a 22 year old, full-time gal who enjoys outdoor activities, reading and cooking. Always up for a cup of tea/glass of wine and a chat. I'm both outgoing and easygoing, and have lived in sharehouses before (so know the drill).

I like to think i'm a pretty chill roomie and share house trained. Clean, friendly and I go with the flow. I come with some great share house stories too. I'm a vego if that sways any votes but otherwise I don't really care what you eat. I'm love being active, especially love my weekend hikes and swims. I am looking for a great group of people to live with who are social and love having a beer after work and who can became good pals but with a nice balance of quiet time. It's crunch time and gotta hit the books for uni! My budget is around $200 a week. I'm definitely looking for somewhere long term and a place to call home. Flexible with move in dates, hopefully between 2 - 10 Feb.

Hi potential housies, I'm looking at joining a social sharehouse around the Collingwood/Fitzroy area. I'm missing a backyard, as I love spending time outdoors, so would prefer that or a decent balcony. Off street parking would be a win but not a deal breaker. I've lived in sharehouses for a while now both in Perth (worked there for a couple years) and Melbourne. I'm sociable, clean and easy going and looking for housemates that are similar in that regard. I'm not looking to join a party house, but more than happy to share a chat, food or a drink or two. I love the outdoors and like to stay active - cycling mainly, but keen to get back into my fencing and get into climbing/bouldering. I also like exploring the local area - cafes, bars and restaurants. If you reckon I sound like a potential housemate please let me know. Cheers Yen-Sen
24 and working full-time in finance. I'm easygoing and enjoy spinning a few records or a frisbee sesh in the park. Typically spend weekends out and about with friends and having a boogie, but also enjoy some downtime on the couch watching sport or Netflix. I have plenty of rental history, am considerate of others and always do my bit to keep the home clean and tidy. I'd like to move in late January and would prefer a longer term arrangement of around a year (or more), but this is all flexible. Looking for like-minded, respectful and fun-loving housemates who won’t pass up the odd drink together. Get in touch if we seem like a good fit!
I'm very clean and respectful. I own a new T.V, fridge, washer and dryer. I love to laugh, to be positive, to share a meal, and be the best that I can be. I'm a third year student at Deakin and plan to teach at Uni upon graduation. I grew up in Croydon and went to Whitefriars College, and later went to Box Hill Senior Secondary. I like to listen to music, watch docos and comedy such as Curb your Enthusiasm, design and art. I also like to skateboard on occasion but have turned to fitness after hurting my hip. Therefore I'm now into swimming, walking, looking after myself.. and continuously growing as a person. My friends play music and I enjoy going to some gigs, and other friends are also into fashion, art etc. I like to read non-fiction and have am a key stakeholder in my self-education. Above all I love to be positive and to make those I meet feel loved whilst enjoying ourselves.

Hey! I'm moving to Melbourne On the 8th of February from New Zealand. I am a Film and Media Graduate who used to live in the US but came home to finish studying. I specialise mainly in Photography. I am a very trustworthy, kind and honest person. Someone you can rely on for a heart to heart or a glass of wine ;) I like to live a pretty chill life style but love to occasionally go out but never bring it home. In between working full time I plan to travel occasionally but still come home. Look forward to talking to all!
Full time visual merchandising TAFE student seeking house or flat share situation (private room) with one or two females. FIrst time living out of home but well versed in the basics of running a household and being responsible. It will be a new experience living with people other than family for the first time, so having a flat mate/s a bit older would probably suit well. Will be mostly studying during the week but using weekends to let hair down and be with friends/interact socially. Personality is a bit quirky (in a good 'sense of humour' way), creative and articulate. Mother (in pic) is helping search to find the right fit.
Hey there, I'm Iggi from good old Germany. Just moved to Melbourne because why not! Graduated geosciences and now I'm looking for a job in my field ( or just hospitality like the past 8 years) and a room in an open-minded flatshare. I like to watch good movies, drink vine, techno/house/electronic music events and clubs, getting wasted (the 50 hours awake style), fotography, motorbikes and bicycles and I like to work (yeah, strange, i kno...) contact me, or don't! Greetings, Iggi
Hello, I'm a non-smoking Londoner who is initially in Australia for 6 months but have fallen in love with Melbourne! Because of this I'm thinking about extending my stay longer term. I'm qualified as a primary school teacher and have applied for registration, although this will take some time to come through. I am a friendly, tidy and conscientious person who respects the space and privacy of others but at the same time enjoys hanging out or going for a drink. Interests include football (Or soccer as I've been told it's referred to over here...), cricket, classical music and dry humour comedies. Thanks for reading, Jamie.
Hi! I am a happy, easy going, female professional (EA) looking for a room. Mon-Fri 9-5 type! Very clean and tidy, more or less an early riser, into fitness and artistic things. I sing and used to do gigs, bit of theatre too both of which I hope to get back into! Flying over from Perth, already have a job lined up so hoping to find somewhere to stay before I start on the 13th of Feb. I've done this all before(share houses) and are very respectful about paying rent and bills on time. I don't drink much during the week but do love dinners and a wine, I'm chatty but respect flatmates personal spaces and quiet times too. I wont eat your food or keep you up all night :) I have a cat Roger, he is a pure bred ragdoll that I would like to eventually come over. He is lazy, just sleeps and will keep to my room or outside but also has a great personality. I own a surfboard and skateboard plus a tent and a couple little things I'd hope to stick in a corner somewhere if possible? Shed maybe? I don't have a car so need to be close-ish to public transport (Work in Richmond) and may get a bike down the line. Unfurnished or semi furnished is fine, I'm bringing over my queen mattress (cause its sooo good) so that's all I really would want of my own. Anyway, if I seem like a good fit then get in touch! Would love to hear from you :)
I'm from Sao Paulo, Brazil, graduated in journalism and I'm living in Melbourne since November/16. I'm studying English and also working. 26 DOB 19/04/1990 Looking to move Late April 2017. I grew up in Perth WA (WaitAwait) Australia Have friends in Melbs already. But looking for a cheap start to my integration to the city. I have recently returned from a three month holiday in the US, visiting old college mates from my time spent studying a business bachelor and playing college baseball (2008-2012.) The holiday was the trip I needed for inspiration to begin a new path in life at 26. I am a very grounded individual, perhaps with no spectacular specific skills but I believe I posses an attitude and vibe that can integrate into any environment. I am currently open minded to all offers who wish to discuss their home sharing situation and see if are able to live together. I still play baseball but at an amateur level and less competitively and may take a year off while i settle into Melbourne and work on my knew passion, Music production and writing music. ( I can do my work with head phone when required :) haha) I also have a currently 7 Month old Husky (MegMac) she will be just 1 YO by the time i am ready to move into melbs. She is extremely placid and well trained as an out side dog from her birth. She is still a shy puppy so I'm guessing she will be a little shy to start with a move to big city. Kind regards Adam, Adam, Adz, G333, the list goes on
I'm 23yo and from Scotland and I have just arrived here on a working holiday visa. Looking for a room (ideally my own but open to shared rooms) to rent that is comfortable and affordable! I'm friendly, easy-going and like to keep things clean and tidy. I like socialising, going for a drink or to the beach, exercising or just chilling out! Will be working full-time and looking to move into a room anytime after the 25th of January. Looking to stay for a few months before moving on to travel for a while :)
My partner is leaving me behind for the year while she heads to Canberra for work. I'm looking for a new home, and new people to share with. I'm in my mid-twenties, working part time as a landscape labour and casually in a small local brewery. I'm a keen home brewer and regularly brew (pretty damn tasty) beer, so if you've got room for me and little bit of brewing gear you can look forward to a reasonably consistent stream of good beer. I'm into a wide range of music and would like to find a house where music is enjoyed and shared. I enjoy bushwalking/hiking and I may talk about plants a bit too much whilst I am doing those things. I've lived in a few sharehouses both in Sydney and down here, and am reliable and communicative re rent, bills and chores etc... I have lived in the inner north now for around two years and am hoping to find a new house here with housemates who are fairly chill, and like some of the same stuff as me, as well as some things I am yet to enjoy.
A little bit about myself. My name is Adrian, I am 23 years old Looking for a nice place to live for a year or more. I'm a really chilled, friendly guy always up for a few cheeky bevs. I'm very adventurous, I love surfing so if I'm not working I'm sometimes at the beach doing that. I love all types of music but mostly punk rock/Metal and house music. I always clean up after my self so I'm very tidy. I'm a fully qualified traditional solid plaster so I'll never be late for bills and rent. That's just a little abit about myself but if you have any question I'm more then happy to answer them for you. I hope you hear from you. Adrian.
Hi I'm Nelly. 24 year old professional female. I've just moved back to melbourne from sydney and I'm currently looking for a place to move into for 6 months. I'm a hairstylist / makeup artist. I'm very laid and down to earth. I can be sociable and outgoing but I do like my personal space. I'm currently rediscovering melbourne again so on the weekends I'm normally out at work or somewhere with family and friends. If I sound like a potential roommate please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks :) X
Hi there! I'm an outgoing, bubbly, fun flatmate who loves to go out and do karaoke or eat and delicious little restaurants, or simply have a quiet night in with Chinese take out and a glass of wine quoting every single movie on the planet. I'm a big movie buff so a big part of knowing me is accepting that fact that every second sentence will be a movie or song quote. I clean up after myself, am respectful of house rules, love animals, enjoy group dinners, love going to a bar and chatting etc. I love to sew and make my own clothes, love markets and going to festivals, going to concerts or comedy festivals! I am a big traveller; I've just recently come back from England where I spent the last two years completing my A levels, but I have also lived in Italy and Hong Kong! I speak Italian and French, and some Spanish and German. I've just started a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne Uni. Hope to hear from you!
Hey guys. I've recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide and am looking for a nice place to live in. I'm very considerate, used to living with others and always clean after myself.
LOOKING IN CARLTON, RICHMOND and FITZROY Hello, my name is Anastasia and I am a business student at RMIT. I enjoy meeting new people, wine and good food. I'm originally Russian, but was raised in Thailand since childhood and enjoy the warm weather and spending time outdoors. Most of the time I'm studying, working or meeting up with friends in the city, so I don't spend most of my time home. As a flatmate, I am very clean and neat, I don't throw house parties or anything crazy - however enjoy to have a bbq or chat over dinner with fellow housemates. I am very down to earth, multicultural and easy going. I've been in Australia for over a year now, ideally I am looking to move at the start of FEBUARY :) Thank you, if you have any questions just PM..:)
My name is Ana and I am a student moving from the Gold Coast, planning to study at RMIT. I enjoy reading, binge watching TV shows, cooking and I realise how unoriginal that is. Would love to be friends with the people I am living with. I have a talent for telling general stories in a funny way and don't know the city that well so will probably ask you for directions and things to do on the weekend.

My name is Maudy and I'm currently working part-time before the semester starts, I'm pretty chill and friendly. On the personal level, I'm very social, but I also respect personal space so depending on your situation I can adjust pretty well. I can crack up some jokes to cheer you up after a hard day at work also I'm an excellent cook, so you'll go home for a good meal every day. If you're interested in having me as your roommate please contact me through my email. Looking forward hear from you soon ;)
I am Zarli and my partners name is Rory. We are both turning 20 this year and are from country victoria wanting to move to the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I will be studying nursing at ACU and my boyfriend will be working full-time. We both have savings behind us so paying rent on time etc will never be an issue. We are both reliable, considerate, honest, and aware of the needs of others. We love to chat and share a meal from time-to-time but are also introverted and enjoy our alone time. Would love the chance to get to know you better and what you are looking for in a housemate! Cheers!
Two 26 year old British creative designers just landed to live and work full time in Melbourne. Looking for two separate rooms in a share house or renting a whole two bedroom property. We share similar interests: photography, creating short films, healthy lifestyle, entrepreneurship, gym, yoga, philosophy, vegetarian, creating electronic music (with headphones don't worry), travel, graphic design and generally always keen to have a few beers and discuss how wildly novel it is to be alive and exploring this planet. So, drop me a message to discuss.
