I’m 28 years old. I’m working and studying. I like to live in a clean place. I’m happy to share a glass of wine/ beer/ juice 😊 and also I like to have my space. I hope to live in place that I can call home. 😊 I’m happy to give more information.
Hi, I’m Maddy! Im a 24 year old qualified nurse looking to find a place in Melbourne! I am super friendly and outgoing, but also enjoy time to myself or hanging out and taking it easy. I’m tidy and don’t own too much stuff, I like to keep my room simple. I have a pugalier Ollie, who will pretty much respond o anything you call him, so long as you have food :p He’s a pretty good boy, constantly entertaining himself with his toys and dreaming of food. Ollie is trained to stay in a pen when necessary however he usually sleeps in my room so he won’t be galavaning around the house without supervision at night. He’s trained for inside and outside but currently doesn’t stay outside when nobody’s home due to the fact that he Weill eat anything he finds in the yard... anything. However! If the yard doesn’t have anything dangerous in it, he’s more than happy to stay outside all day! He desperately loves playing with other dogs and NEVER attacks animals or people, he’s just a beautiful loving dog still experimenting with his youthful curiosity (he is 8 mths old).
Im Oliver from Malaysia. Im a student studying in RMIT, I would like to rent a private room. I love to binge watch Netflix and workout during my free time, pretty chilled and very accommodating person since I've lived with different people before. During weekends, I mostly stay in, workout or hangout with mates and clubbing once in a while ( Im not really a big party animal). Deffo will take the initiative to clean up the place and respect people's privacy ( I mean it is a basic rule living with someone right? ) just set the boundaries and we are good to go. I intend to stay for 1-2 years and I have no problems with bills and rents, in fact I pay on time. Im friendly, extra and crazy ( if you know me well ), like to drink especially whiskey, a big foodie ( A big fan of brunch, desserts ), listens to different genres of music eg: Jazz, Pop, Indie Pop. I've lived with professionals in the past like Chefs and Hair dressers and we became best friends so I don't think I have problems living with professionals. I just put 13 of Jan as for moving date just for the profile as it is negotiable and i'm flexible with the moving in dates, as long as I move in before 27th of Jan cause im going back to Malaysia for a short holiday. Don't worry, I'll still pay the rent. Cant wait to meet my future flatmate and a comfortable place for the next 1-2 years.
I'm Chelsea! I'm 22 years old and manage a cocktail bar in the CBD. I like to keep nice and tidy and love to kick back with a wine at the end of the day. Being able to get along with and spend time with my flatmate(s) is important to me, but I also value my alone time.
Hi Guys, I'm moving from Brisbane to Melbourne in the new year to finish my university degree and further my career. I'm an elite hockey player, study full time finance, and work part-time, and love music, surfing and a good coffee. I have lived in a sharehouses since I finished high school, including a 12 month stint living in Belgium, and am a respectful, cooperative and fun housemate :)
Just moved over from NZ! Loves a good chat and a jam. Always clean and tidy and will always pay the bills on time. Super respectful of privacy but I’m always happy to hang for a drink and good chats.
I am an international masters student looking for a nice place to live. I enjoy to share good moments and also respect others space. I can teach some spanish in exchange for some tips about australian english slang. Tidy and clean, I understand our home should be a place to relax rather than an uncomfortable experience.
I’m 26, working full time in hospitality in Richmond and have just moved back to Melbourne. I’m dying to get out of hostel life and would love to stay north side, clearly the superior part of Melbourne. I’m super laid back, fully housetrained and love a chilled night in watching terribly trashy films. I can appreciate everyone’s personal space but also love a social house with housemates that can have a drink together occasionally. I can even make the drinks, (heaps of bartending experience behind me)
Hey, I'm Simona Looking to move to Melbourne in about a month's time - currently residing in Sydney. I am moving for a variety of reasons - for work, for study, and to explore a different Australian city. I have been to Melbourne over 20+ times this year and can vouch that the vibes are way cooler over there. I am a classically trained musician, and I play the violin - so I am hoping to find a space where I can practice (I promise this will not be abused - I will not wake you up at 7am!). Also hoping to get a pet (a cat more specifically) so I am hoping to get a space where this would be allowed. Other interests are: making my own probiotic foods & creating my own mini herb gardens, reading non-fiction and some fiction, mental health advocacy and going to live music gigs. I am low maintenance, wanting to adopt the 'minimalist' lifestyle approach and understand the importance of clean space, as clutter annoys me. Hoping to find somewhere that would be a great fit!
I'm a female Canadian that is looking for accommodation within Melbourne. I have spent the last four months living in Byron Bay, but now I'm looking for a faster lifestyle. I'm a very respectful, kind, laid back, and tidy person. My home environment is very important to me as I like to find a place that is homey and clean. I currently work in the hospitality industry, where I'll be looking for a job in a cafe well in Melbourne. I'm generally quite an active person who loves to be outdoors. As well I'm very passionate about food - eating out and cooking. I'm looking for a friendly, interactive, non-party but social home with housemates who wouldn't mind enjoying dinner or hangout occasionally. But enjoy their own space as well.
Hi there, I'm Tania! I'm a pretty fun, sociable and adventurous danish girl - if I have to say so myself #SassyGirlBouncingHerHairEmoji. I'm 31 y/o - buuut, I still have the energy and spontaneousness as if I were in my 20s, combined with the respectfulness, great insights and meaningful conversations of an adult-ish 30 year old. I've been in Aus for 2 years now (1,5 years in Melbourne) and I work full time for KPMG in the CBD. Before moving to Australia I finished my masters in Digital Design and Communication from the IT University of Copenhagen, but wondered off to backpack Australia as soon as I graduated. I love love love to travel and gather new insights and experiences, being outdoors: camping, hiking etc, bake yummy treats, share dad jokes, have a cozy night in with wine and boardgames and simply to go out and explore the city whenever I can. And I definitely don't mind a good bar crawl and explore new and exiting places. I would consider myself as reliable, thoughtful and respectful - and will take great care of the place. I've been living in shared flats the last two years, so I am very considerate of my flatmates while also being tidy and pretty easy to get along with. That's about it. If ya think it could be a good fit feel free to message me :)

Working full time as a software developer / team manager for a company in fitzroy with a very diverse team and looking to live closer to work and the city. I consider myself a quiet and considerate person, and I'm tolerant of other people and their differences. Since I work full time, I need housemates that are not loud late at night (past 12am) on weekdays. I enjoy media of all kinds, both good and bad, so happy to hang out on Fridays after work and watch a movie or something with a beer (or many if particularly bad). I would prefer starting as a trial for a week or two where possible (paid of course) to get to know other housemates before staying with them long term.
I've just got back to Melbourne after a year-and-a-half stint living in China. I'm looking for work in Melb atm so should be working Mon-Fri by the time i'm looking to move in somewhere (end of Dec, start of Jan). I am pretty low key during the week. I'll generally cook my own dinner/lunch and either mill about the local area or stay in and enjoy some combination of books/tv/red wine. I have a couple of weeknight hobbies which would have me in and out of the house on various nights too. On weekends I commit to some variation of drinking (coffee/beer), reading (books/news), and watching (football/live music).
Hi, I'm Nathan. I'm a full time student (studying Musical Theatre) and a part time worker. About me: The first thing I should mention is that I'm super clean and tidy. I work as a cleaner in the CBD and I've got some useful skills and habbits from it 😄 I took up reading self help about a year ago and since then I've had a massive gear shift in my personal progress and happiness. It sounds like a cliche, but it works! I'm generally really happy all the time 😃 Final note; I'm supper chill, very respectful, I don't really drink or anything. I can get along with pretty much anyone. If this all sounds good/ interesting, shoot me a message. I'm happy to answer any questions 😁
Hi! I’m a lovely Swedish guy with a lot of positive energy and very easy going. I’ve been living in Australia for 5.5 years and just separated. Now I’m looking for a home for me and my dog. I’m working at lost dogs home with maintenance and is qualified as a service technician. I have stable income, and my interest is animals, gym, socialising, cooking, surfing. I’m also love living in a clean environment, and I’m looking for long term living with similar people, I don’t cause trouble and people refers to me as being very genuine and loving. 🤭❤️ Let’s have a fun time together.
I'm an English backpacker moving down to Melbourne on 29th November. I love the city and want to finish off the rest of my visa there before I head off back to England! I have been there done that with flat shares in the past and I am very easy going and relaxed to live with. I have developed the need to be super clean over the last few years and would like this to be mutual amongst any future flatmates. haa. I do like to keep busy, gym as much as possible and do enjoy a drink at the weekend. Ideally a backpacker friendly group would be perfect, however I'm very flexible with who I live with. Let me know if you're keen to have me, i would love to live the last few months of my time in Aus with a decent group! - I will be leaving for home on roughly 28th Feb, would be more than happy to move into a room for a minimum of 2 months though.
Hello! My name is Jenny and I just arrived in Australia for a wonderful year of adventure and work. After being in Sydney for a few weeks now, I am ready to see what beautiful Melbourne has to offer. I am originally from Colombia, but I have lived in South Korea, Japan, and the US throughout the last 8 years:) I am looking for an awesome female flatmate -or private studio-, who hopefully is career driven female who shares my love for tidiness, cleanliness, and travel. I am incredibly respectful of the time, space and privacy of others. Drama, partying, alcohol (in excess), drugs, and smoking are a big no no for me, so you won't have to worry about me being a party animal roommate... I am more of a grandma trapped in a 28 year old body type of roommate:) I am ready to move the beginning of January.
I'm 25 from London. I'm here on a holiday working Visa for the year. I work in hospitality, I'm really easy going, bubbly, positive, clean and reliable. Looking for housemates that are similar to me, don't mind the area as long as there is a train station within 10 mins walk and i get can to CBD, Overall, I'm happy to meet you :)
I am an environmental engineer and I work full time at Melbourne Uni as a researcher (not a student). In my spare time I do aerials at NICA, enjoy social dancing, read or catch up with friends. At summer I become more active and spend more time outside going to the beach, hiking, on road trips etc. I am flexible about the amount of interaction with housemates. I am happy to hang out and have a chat and a laugh, but I also have my own group of friends and generally I am quite independent. I can mix cocktails but somehow enjoy mixing them more than drinking.
Hey there! I'm Ivy, i'm currently living in good ol' Byron Bay but i'm looking to make the move to Melbourne to study my love, Photography, at RMIT in Feb. I currently study childcare and am working as an assistant educator in a childcare centre (from that fact alone you know i have good patience and am a pro at cleaning up icky things). The things i enjoy when i'm not working or studying are; - going to gigs - reading in parks, or reading in libraries with really comfy chairs - making collages - taking piccies of the bands i see (I run a music blog with my current roommate) - listening to copious amounts of music (psychedelic rock/lofi/dream pop/alt rock is my jam, i can link you some playlists) - watching sitcoms like the office 'n parks and rec, or the occasional terrible rom-com House-mate wise i'm very calm and easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I very much enjoy my own space too, i'm a massive introvert so i'll probably spend most of my time at home in my room studying or listening to music. Despite this i'm still always up to hang out and share some tunes or go to a gig with you or something ! Also I currently live with a vegan so i'm used to not cooking or eating meat in the house if that is necessary. Message me with any more Q's! (or if you want me to link you some playlists) Thanks!
A bit about me - I’m your run of the mill firecracker 😛 I’m in my mid 20’s, work in advertising but I’m hopeless at promoting myself. My passions lie in arts, music, food and bevies! I’m always keen to share and exchange awesome music. I’m super chill but can also get a party started if need be. I love making new friends and listening to stories about various cultures, quirks and I recently turned vegetarian so love cooking up random amazing dishes. Saying that, I’m cool with everyone else’s food preference 🙂 Been living in sharehouses for a while so I come house trained. I clean up after myself and respect people’s personal spaces. While I work 9-5 during the week, i tend to either hang out at home on the weekends binging on Netflix or hanging out with friends at various bars around Melbourne. Love animals but sadly don’t have any pets of my own. If any of you have a pet, I’m more than prepared to be it’s best friend!! LGBTIQ friendly and very respectful of all cultures. So- let’s meet up if you’re keen. Have a bit of chat and see if we could be a good match
