Ready to move in on 30th of June, but earlier the better. Will be in New Zealand from 1-9 July.

I’m Alex, a 26 year old American from New York City who’s called Australia home for the past year and a half. I’m doing a Master’s of Social Work at RMIT, and will be starting a placement in the CBD the week of the 13th of July.
I’m looking for a room within commutable distance with a budget of up to $350 a week.

Carlton
Fitzroy
Abbotsford
Prahran
South Yarra
Kensington
Moonee Ponds
Ascot Vale
Thornbury
Hawthorn

While these do not have to be exact, anything ideally within a 30 minute commute from the city would be epic.

About me:
When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy playing board and video games, learning languages, photography, hitting the gym, hiking, traveling, cooking, movies, and hanging with the mates. I do not smoke, always pick up after myself, help keep things clean, and always pay rent on time.
I’m always down for a laugh and a chat, but also respect privacy when needed. I’m also happy to provide a rental reference upon request.
