G'day, After 4 great years in Kew our lease has ended and I'm looking for a new fun, clean and respectable share house. I'm pretty active and out and about a lot, but value having a great place to come back to where we can have a beer and laugh. Spend a lot of time camping, mountain biking and surfing. Others are always welcome to join! Work full time in the city as an enviro engineer too.
Hey guys! So I’m Daniel, 27 and a half years old. Originally from Israel but also Italian, I speak both languages. I arrived not long ago from Italy after intensive studies to become a car designer. Now I’m here, trying to chill out a bit and understand better what are my priorities in life. Basically I just want to get inspiration from the beautiful people and culture of Melbourne and Australia. I’m a calm person, not much for parties and festivals (although you do need to release energies from time to time) but more for wine and a good sittings with friends. For me it’s most important my house would feel like a home. A cozy place, relaxing and positive. I enjoy cooking and I try to keep the house clean as well. I’m well over the days of beer-pong and belly shots but obviously I’m not against a nice gathering around the from time to time. Honesty is an important value to me. That is why I would never try to fake my character in order to get into your home. I think that a nice conversation over a cup of coffee will do just fine in order to understand if the chemistry is right. So if you feel I could be the right kind of guy to complete your home right me back please. (actually right even if I’m not just to keep in order my search (: ) Thank you for your time and enjoy the rest of the day, Daniel.
I'm on a working holiday visa from Scotland and looking for a place to stay in Melbourne over the summer. I'm a super chill easygoing person who likes going out for a drink as much as staying at home binging on Netflix. Looking for a chill place to enjoy the summer in Melbourne!
Hey We are a couple from the UK. We are 26 and 27 years old. We are into Music and Art and enjoy socialising with a wine, but also like a quiet night in relaxing! We are pretty laid back and get on with most people. We are also vegetarian so other veggies would be ideal but also don't mind living with non-veggies!
I have been living in share-houses since university, and genuinely enjoy the experience. I'm a pretty chill and flexible flatmate - not fussed by much. i would consider myself to be: open, flexible, communicative, friendly, social - but also desire (and respective of peoples) individual space. I'm not partying mid week much these days (or even weekends if i'm honest) .... but definitely love a nice glass of wine or two after work, or in the sun ... I'm looking for a share house (not a huge fan of apartments) with at least 3 rooms/flatmates (myself included). I've just moved to Melbourne (the most recent city i've been living in is Sydney) - so still finding my way through the Melbourne scene (but definitely much prefer it over sydney so far).
Hey, I'm Binny, 30 years old. Work an office job standard 9-5. Looking for a place in and around the inner city area. I love music, record shopping (got a nice collection, happy to share with respectful flatmates :) ), going to gigs, and hanging with friends. I play soccer on the weekends, and train twice midweek. I'm a tidy individual who can't stand living in a messy house. I enjoy socialising with the housemates I live with but also enjoy time to myself.
Hi, my name is Georgia, I'm 21 years old and work full time in the Melbourne CBD as a legal assistant, and study part time online. I'm looking to shift from Geelong to Melbourne! I'm a pretty easy going person and neat and tidy. I may be in and out of the house going to work, going to social engagements or sometimes staying in with a g&t and some Netflix. Let me know if you're interested to meet me. :)
My name is Jade and I grew up at an international school in Singapore, with South African, American, Australia and Chinese cultural backgrounds. I am starting my Masters of Teaching (Primary) at Melbourne University next year and will get a job in childcare while I study. I'm moving from Sydney in Janurary where I just finished my undergraduate at Sydney University. I enjoy playing basketball/running, listening to music, reading, playing boardgames, having a drink with friends. Would consider myself a clean, tidy, organised and considerate flatmate. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
My name's Nick, I'm a 26 year old architect looking for a nice warm home with people who appreciate the finer art of being terrible at pub trivia. I love getting out on weekends for meals or a walk, going to art shows and leftover pizza. I dislike lukewarm coffee, wet socks and pineapple on leftover pizza. I've lived in sharehouses for 5 years, so pride myself on being respectful and all those important assets we desire in housemates .... but that's boring - here are some reasons I'd be a great fit in your house: - I’m 6’10” – amazing at changing light bulbs, amazing for your mixed netball team. - I come equipped with a good Whiskey selection and a small forest of Indoor plants. - Likes cleaning as it keeps my physique trim, taught and tidy.
Hi, I'm Callum, 27, I work in a call centre Monday to Friday and have 1 (part time) semester left of a business degree. I've lived in a couple of share houses and consider my self to be a top notch house mate. I'm clean, organised, polite, and considerate. I'm generally up for a chat and enjoy living in a positive, social atmosphere. I work pretty standard Monday - Friday 9-5. I also go to the gym or for a swim every morning before work so I tend to be up and out of the house pretty early. I'm pretty social, so I generally have weekend plans to get out and see friends.
My names Jenna and I'm a 21 year old gal moving to Melbourne from the Gold Coast in early 2019. I've landed a job as a registered nurse and looking for a place to live! I'm a pretty easy going person who enjoys being active. Although I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a tidy and peaceful place and I'm very respectful towards others and their belongings, and understand the need for personal space. Being a nurse, I'll be doing shift work hours, so most of my week nights are pretty low key. Of a weekend I'm mostly out and about with friends, adventuring in mother nature or enjoying a cheeky beverage or two at a local bar. I'm just chasing a place with some mellow vibes and good people :)
Endlessly curious. Super punctual (time is relative of course). I write a lot of things. And attempt to make films and creative stuff. A low low maintenance creature (that's me) to live with. I'd like to find a place where I can get a big bookshelf and bring all my books from QLD down to me finally. I work full time, and then also work more on the creative stuff. #strugglingwriter. I'm a habitual explorer of what's around town. I've lived in Melbourne for a year and half. I'm in love with the idea of hiking. I also bike around because why not (it's so much cheaper). I'm easy to get along with, easy to live with, easy to chat with. I make repeated attempts to do more cooking. I keep getting nudged to tell a bit more about me and I'm running out of things to say that would be relevant. I respect people's spaces. I have a 4K tv. I'm in the market for a new bed. I'm a minimalist (or at least I try to be. I'm from Brisbane originally. I'm in love with cinema and Ulysses, baseball and existentialism.
Hi, I’m Maddy! Im a 24 year old qualified nurse looking to find a place in Melbourne! I am super friendly and outgoing, but also enjoy time to myself or hanging out and taking it easy. I’m tidy and don’t own too much stuff, I like to keep my room simple. I have a pugalier Ollie, who will pretty much respond o anything you call him, so long as you have food :p He’s a pretty good boy, constantly entertaining himself with his toys and dreaming of food. Ollie is trained to stay in a pen when necessary however he usually sleeps in my room so he won’t be galavaning around the house without supervision at night. He’s trained for inside and outside but currently doesn’t stay outside when nobody’s home due to the fact that he Weill eat anything he finds in the yard... anything. However! If the yard doesn’t have anything dangerous in it, he’s more than happy to stay outside all day! He desperately loves playing with other dogs and NEVER attacks animals or people, he’s just a beautiful loving dog still experimenting with his youthful curiosity (he is 8 mths old).
Hi! I'm Amber and I currently live in Burwood. Looking to move closer to the city for study at RMIT in 2019. (Moving dates around January.) I'm an introverted vegan and would prefer to live with vegans/vegetarians but it's not a huge concern. Would prefer living with females/couples. Always happy to hang out and grab a few drinks, but I mostly keep to myself. Have lived alone for 12 months and understand responsibilities well. :)
We are backpacking and our base for the next few months is Melbourne. We are social and active people. We do sports and love cooking with fresh ingredients
I'm a clean and tidy person, looking for a quiet place. I'd to live in a central located place, meet new people and explore a bit of the culture
Hey! I'm 28, originally from Poland, living in Melbourne since 3 years. Work as a software dev (usual 9-5). I spend most of my evenings climbing or doing yoga and fair share of weekends outdoors (Grampians, Arapiles). I own a car (old 4wd used for getting away from the city) but I cycle pretty much everywhere. What hopefully won't be a problem (need a bit of storage outside of my room) have 2 bikes (and 3rd in pieces). All of them are fixed and don't have breaks but I'm happy to share if you know how to handle it 🙂 I love cooking but I also eat out a fair bit, especially during the week 😜 I used to be vego, and at home I still mostly am but like to enjoy all kinds of food when I'm out. I believe people are more important than walls so good vibes at the house are the most important thing for me. Looking for a place long term.
We are a young international couple, Melissa (German/English) and Mike (Aussie/English), that decided to relocate to Melbourne after graduating from the University of Leeds in the UK. We both studied in the Social Science sector and as Mike is originally from Aus we decided to move to pursue careers in social/sustainable housing in the fastest expanding city in the country... We're an outdoorsy couple that are always looking for the next adventure/challenge, we’ve just finished a roadtrip road Europe saying goodbye! I'm an avid traveller and Mike is an ultra-marathon runner. We've been in the city for 3 months and are looking for like-minded people to live with until we have to go off and do our farmwork!
I am a 31 yo social impact investor from the Texas. I have been in Aus 4 years. My job is 8-6p in the CBD. I bike to work, and do not own a car. I regularly use the kitchen to cook massive batches of lentils and veg mmm. There is generally a couple of liters of kombucha brewing on the windowsills. I start most of my days with a cup of tea and a stretch in the garden. I spend evenings chilling out - writing, stretching, maybe an episode of Adventure Time. After a particularly stressful day, I like to retreat to my bedroom for some cathartic release. On the weekends, I am either chilling in the garden, camping, swing dancing, being goofy.
I'm someone who takes pride in their home: I'm tidy, clean, organised, love to cook, love to entertain and really value alone time. I would love a balance between socialising and privacy. I work full time as a graphic designer but am often out during the week as well. I'm easy to get along with and bring along a selection of plants, records and books. I'm ideally looking for a place where I can get a dog, so a living situation where people are open to that would be great!
27 y.o musician who loves having some beers and a socialise, pretty chilled guy looking for some like minded people. any musical related things im doing are always kept to a respectable volume. I work in the trade industry currently so keep pretty regular work hours but am not phased in the slightest by people working hospitality/uni style hours. Hello! I'm looking for a new home! I'm 29, vegetarian, love craft beer, music festivals, bass music, meditating, running and cleaning ;) I'm looking for a calm and happy household, I tend to be out the house a lot, but when I'm home I really value knowing my housemates and getting along. I work full time 9-5, happy with long or short term & happy to go on the lease. Ideally I would like to move by around mid December but I'm flexible for the right place. I look forward to meeting you! :)

Hey there, I (Carla) and my gf (Isabel) are looking to move into another place! We would like to move into a place together, preferably same room but will consider two different rooms in the same house. We are looking in the areas of Fitzroy, Collingwood, and any adjacent suburbs. We are both creatives looking to find some like minded people in a share house. I am into drawing and I am study graphic design at RMIT, while working part time in hospitality. Isabel is into photography and working full-time in Retail. I am Spanish but can speak fluently in english, I'm also a fan of cooking. I dedicate most of my time to either Uni or work, enjoying my free time by chilling and exploring Melbourne. Isabel:- A bit more about myself, I am outgoing, fun, and have a good sense of humor. I like meeting new interesting people and exploring new places, but I also enjoy a good Netflix binge. We are easygoing and chill, respect others privacy, and like to clean up after ourselves and not make any messes. We are not party people, but enjoy the occasional drink. Moved to Melbourne in June and have been living in share houses for the pat 3 years, we are looking for like-minded people, so if we sound like your kind of people or If you have any further questions about myself or Isabel, just let me know!
