Hi! I’m Marla, 36, artist, gardener, computer nerd. I’m currently studying at RMIT (PhD, Art) and I’m a practicing artist. (Video, sound, installation). I work in the digital space so I’m often working on a range of projects there. I’m easy going, sociable, love a chat over cooking dinner or a wine on a Sunday in the backyard. I’m originally from Adelaide, been in Sydney for quite a few years, new to Melbourne for study! I’m into homesteading so very much want to grow herbs, make pickles, learn how to build an off grid house haha. I’m looking for a mature share-house that feels like a home, living with kind and friendly people. No drama, no hassles about who's turn it is to get toilet paper, we all just pitch in :) I'm okay with pets. I have a cat but he lives in Sydney for now but I'd love to bring him to Melbourne. Ideally I'd like to live close to the city (45 min to an hour walk range) and near a tram. Prefer a house with a yard to an apartment.
Hello, My name is Zoe, im 22 this year and work full-time in the education industry. Currently living with family, although in September they are selling the property and relocating interstate, so I need to move before they do! Prefer lots of natural light, plants and wooden floors (also some kind of garden or terrace would be lovely).
We are a Colombian couple who came to this beautiful city to know the beautiful Australian culture. we seek to learn the language as soon as possible and share pleasant places all over our home. We hope to get an orderly house, and people who are interested in cultural exchange
I'm a 29-year old professional with a background in education and music/performing arts. Currently in Chadstone but looking for a place that's more in the creative inner north and closer to my places of work. I am a writer/composer and teach music + work in a music shop so I have an income :) During free time, I'm often curled up with a book and a cup of tea or out meeting up with friends/seeing shows/op shopping. I'm a friendly and respectful housemate, and though I enjoy time to myself (I guess you could say I'm a bit of an introvert!) I also enjoy a good chat and spending time with housemates. I love to practice/play music as well, but always at appropriate times (usually when other housemates are out :) ) I'm always up for cooking a meal to share - have had to cook a lot for fussy children previously and I'm told I make a great chicken pie! I enjoy a good procrasti-bake too.
Hey I moved here from New Zealand in January. Am working as a disability support worker. I will be looking for a place near the end of August and if it goes well, then hopefully staying for a year or so. Currently don't have a car but love to go exploring and being in nature! Would love to live with like minded people. As a flat mate, I am respectful, tidy, positive, environmentally conscious. I absolutely adore animals so would love to be in a household with a pet(s) but don't have any of my own here, might look into bringing my dog over from New Zealand if I plan on staying long term. But that's to be decided later on. I'm still feeling new here so would love some flatmates to socialise with! Message me if you have any questions 😊
I’m Matty - I work for a food rescue charity 4 days a week and into sustainability. I like to spend my free time making music, spinning vinyls, hiking, bouldering/rockclimbing and taking photos. I also enjoy meditation and yoga, and attend workshops regularly. I also thoroughly enjoy making things from recycled timber. I don't mind a wholesome boogie too! I would ideally like to live in a conscious household that encourages a sustainable lifestyle. I am not strictly vegan or vegetarian but try to reduce harm as best I can in my dietary choices. I’d like to live with some chill people who can communicate openly and honestly and aren’t afraid to bring up anything that they need to bring up. I love a good conversation so ideally you will be social people that like to hang out and spend time together. I’d like to get to know my housemate/s well, and spend time enjoying each others company, however I enjoy time to myself and having my own space also.

We are an easy going couple looking for a room in a sharehouse, or for anyone interested in starting up a new sharehouse. We both work full time, Luke in Signwriting and myself in Education (+study), so keep it pretty low key during the week. We like all the good stuff wine, Netflix, cooking, attempting to be fit and the occasional boardgame night. On the weekends we will be with friends, going for drinks, hiking and fun projects we can find around the home. We are looking for people who will be social, will want to eat, have a glass of wine or watch a tv show together. In saying this, we are also very considerate and respectable and like our own space too. Looking for people who are like-minded and like keeping their place clean. Message us if you are interested and we can go from there!
Hi, I'm Jackson. I'm working in the AV/events industry in and around the CBD and would like to find a place with close proximity to the city and convenient public transport. I'm more of a quiet type, keeping to myself and running my own schedule, and would adapt well to any setup offering flexibility. You will appreciate my tidiness and easy-going, respectful nature.
Hi, I'm Elena. I'm a 26 year old research nurse and my partner Charles is a 26 year old environmental planner. We have recently moved from New Zealand to Melbourne earlier this year. We are both friendly, chilled out, love trying new food and drinks, and eating out. We have a 2 year old German Shepherd. She is super friendly, tidy, and well behaved. She is toilet trained, will never steal or chew your stuff and loves cuddles and attention. I'm currently working in Richmond for a 9-5 monday-friday research coordinator job, and Charlie is working remotely for a New Zealand company so is currently working from home until he finds a job in Melbourne. Please message us if you think we sound like a good fit :)
I'm Dugald. I work in Brunswick, ride my bike as much as I can, do pilates several times a week and enjoy salmon to the point where I've founded SalmonClub™ with a friend (open to membership enquiries). I see a home as a quiet space to relax and unwind after long days at work while co-inhabiting a space with someone who has a mix of needing their own space/downtime as well as hanging out cooking or enjoying a gin and some good tunes.
I like making new friends especially from different countries and backgrounds. I can cook Asian dishes and i love travelling, books, outdoors & enjoy singing. I am neat, hygienic & prefer quietness. Looking fwd to move in on 30th July 2019. My class is gonna be in the city, so I'm looking for a place nearby (like 30mins top).
