I’m from Brazil. I came to Melbourne to study and work. First I’m improving my english and them I’m going a post graduate. I am easy going, clean and focused on my studies.
I work full time for a company in the architecure/software space. Office currently located in South Yarra but relocating to CBD Interests - sports (although I haven’t played anything in the last few years) reading, indulging in the odd binge of a dodgy Netflix series, exploring new places to eat great food with friends etc. I'm hoping to find a house and housemates that I can call home and family who enjoy having a semi regular beverage or 2 and a good chat over 'family' dinner. I would also love to keep my fur baby with me. Mr Sooty D is a 7yo Black Cocker Spaniel x King Charles Cavalier that I rescued about a year and a half ago. He’s pretty chill, loves spending his days snoozing on the couch!
Hi! I’m new to Melbourne, having just moved from SA for work (Marketing). I’m easy going, a bit of a ‘nanna’ during the week but enjoy a few wines on the weekend. I’m clean, tidy, and respectable. My main hobbies include cooking and binge watching trashy Netflix shows. I’m looking for a place to call home, along with a cool new Melbourne family to show me the ropes. If I sound like a good fit, send me a DM!
I'm working full time and building a business on the side. I'm generally pretty busy but in between work and my business I like to socialise with friends, get outdoors, relax, have a wine or have friends over for a cuppa. I have a part time doggo who I would love to have around occasionally for a couple of days at a time. Millie is a border collie, she's nearly 2 and has a lot of energy but she's so kind and gentle, loves people, other dogs, treats and runs at the park. She's completely house trained and obedient. I'm ideally look for a house with a backyard and a shed or garage or space that I can use for my floristry work. I would love a place to call home that is inviting, comfortable and conscious both of other people and the environment.
Hi!! I'm a Brazilian student, 30 years, that has just arrived in Melbourne to stay around for a year. I'm looking for a private room, furnished, for 200 dollars maximum weekly rent.
Originally from the country I moved to Melbourne in 2008, I've lived in some amazing share houses and would l love a house that we can all feel comfortable and respect each other, oh and kept things relatively clean. I am a Personal Trainer (I'm not the type to watch what my house mates are eating), I do wake up a little earlier than most people but I always make sure that I am as quiet as humanly possible when I leave for work. I also study Naturopathy (I like to keep busy) so I'd love to find a house that I can relax and unwind with some awesome people at the end of the week or maybe just bust out into random dance. As an added bonus, I come equipped with a small cat named MK (nicknamed Chicken) that is not the smartest but does enjoy pats, treats and occasional company. She's pretty cute and even though she has long hair, she doesn't shed much fur. Happy Housemate Hunting!
Hi I’m Murray. I’m late 40’s and currently managing a national safety project. I’m looking for a friendly place to share. A social vibe is great but not a party place – I’m sure you know what I mean. A bit about me: I have a background leading adventure activities like canoeing, rafting & bushwalking with students and youth at risk. I still like getting away and having an adventure every now and then. To unwind it’s a swim, a bike ride or a walk. Happy to hang out and socialise and also happy to have time to myself. I like learning new stuff and got my degree a couple of years ago. One of the best things about Melbourne is you can go for a wander down the street and come across some great band playing at a local venue. Random discoveries are great and not just with music. I’m more of a reader than a TV watcher - if its there it’s a bonus. I now do most of my reading electronically so it not like I’m against screens or anything. I have a bit of book collection. I'm easy-going, honest, caring, respectful and considerate. If you’d like to know more just get in touch. Thanks and have a great day.
I'm easygoing, tidy, respectful, and very good about sharing. I love to read fiction, drink wine, try new foods, and occasionally futz around on my ukulele. I've moved here from the US and hoping to call Australia home for a few years!
Hi, I am Angie, a pharmacy student from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am friendly and I love meeting people from all walks of life. I love going outdoors like running, hiking, playing badminton and soccer. Love books and movies as well. Don’t mind dogs, I have a beautiful dog at home, love her so much.
I am clean and friendly. Graduated from university recently and looking for somewhere to stay for the next couple of months while I plan my next study/work move (thinking of going to study in the UK but not sure if I'll get in!) Working part-time and volunteering part-time. Out during the day and home during the evenings. Happy to comply with the house rules. Open to living somewhere quite communal or somewhere where people prefer to keep to themselves! I like cooking and playing latin music while I cook
I’m a 23 yo Canadian teacher and freelance trombonist. I’ll get along with anybody who is down for a beer and a good chat! I value a healthy lifestyle, good tunes and an open-minded environment. I have until April before my visa finishes, so ideally I’m looking for a place until then! Cheers x
I am considerate, quiet and don't bring a party home, like to do my own thing but also enjoy coffees and chats/banter and a good laugh (usually at my own expense). Was a chef in a former career (Uni admin now) so can whip up some amazing food quickly. I like my home tidy and clean and am extremely houseproud. I come with a lovely fat cat who is allowed outside during the day, but locked in at night - you would therefore have to love cats. I spent time with people all day, so like to potter around at home and watch movies, do nerdy puzzles or computer games., crochet and entertain the cat. I don't have a car and cycle mainly, but have a license and hire cars sometimes to go for a drive and do bulk shopping etc. So the car spot is all yours! I live in a 1BR flat in W Brunswick at the moment and have a fair amount of furniture/stuff that I would need to be able to bring or at least store safely and in a dry spot, if possible. Am looking for a mature (but not boring) clean and tidy household close enough to be able to cycle to melb uni every day and with a garden for me and the cat to potter around in. I don't have a specific date for moving, just want to find the right place with the right people. If that sounds like it may suit your set up, or if you would like ot team up to set up another home somewhere, message me and we take it from there. :)
I work in IT (boring, I know but I love it), friendly, neat and tidy!!!!!!! I spend most of my time reading, gym, netflix, or hanging out with my friends. Down for a chat/dinner/to watch some TV together, but mostly like to keep to myself. I have preferences for room mates - females only, gay or straight, student or working, I'm happy to room with anyone except that they keep communal areas clean. My budget is flexible if bills are included!!
Hi I’m Adam! Originally from Perth but now call Melbourne home. I’m 31, and am a fibre optic technician/team leader working in the telecommunications industry. I’m based mainly in the city, but do have to travel, or do night shift every once in a while. I’ve lived out of home for most of my adult life so I know the ins and outs of living with others. I like to be friends with the people I live with, but don’t expect to hang out all the time. I enjoy my personal space as I’m sure you do too. I pay my bills on time, and whilst not much of a clean freak, I do like things to be tidy. I come with my good friend and fur-son Rudie. He’s an Australian Koolie x Border Collie so he loves to run around and chase balls, but he’s just as happy to cuddle up on the couch and ask you for pats all day. I’m happy for my housemates to be as much or as little as involved with him as they feel. I may ask you to feed him or look after him for a weekend or so, but it’s totally fine if you don’t want to. I can always organize something else. Basically he’s my responsibility. I don’t do much on school nights but on weekends I like to go and have a beer with friends, eat as much food as I possibly can, go catch a punk/hardcore show, watch some sport, or get away with rudie for a night or 2. That’s about all I can think of but any questions, feel free to ask!
Hey new flatmates! My name is Dani, I'm a casual primary teacher and incursion educator, working at a health food shop on the side. Will is studying part-time engineering and also working part time. We have been living in Northcote but are both from the country and are looking for somewhere ASAP. My other tag-along is Corby, my 4 y.o. maltese pup! He splits his time between playing outside, cuddles at night, visiting new dog parks, staring you down if you are eating, pretending he's a guard dog (usually at wheelie bins), and making new friends. As for us, we are really chilled, slightly introverted but love a bev and a boogie on occasions. We are always up for a chat but usually love spending our down-time napping, eating, watching 90's movies or socializing. Let us know if you have any room available or seeking to team up! We just want somewhere we can be ourselves and call home :)
Hi all, My name is Gen and I'm currently working in the environmental management...and wine. I am respectful and friendly. I'm into walks by the river, coffee, boxing for fitness, and learning about food, culture and sustainability! A presto, spero!
Hi All, I am a single male, working full time as an Online Community Manager. I'm looking for a place where I can socialize with my housemates but also have my own space when needed. I am a clean person who enjoys cooking, sports and a healthy lifestyle (Apart from the odd drink....or 5). I also do freelance work so I need a space big enough that allows me to work from home. I love good music and good times, oh and I'm half Chilean so I speak fluent Spanish, and more than happy to teach the basics. Cheers, Nico

Looking for nice housemates :) Also clean and easy-going.
[Move in date is flexible, the date I listed is just the earliest] I'm studying Arts (psych. major) at Melbourne Uni so I'm looking for somewhere within travelling distance of there. I'm neat and don't make a lot of noise, but I'm open-minded and friendly so I'm always up for a chat! Oh and I have a steady income so bills are never a problem for me. When I'm not buried in assignments I like meditation, getting coffee with friends, reading, exercising or watching movies :)
Hi hi I'm a 27 year old Londoner that recently made the globe-trot to Melbourne. I am looking for my proper home here but do have a place at the moment (so move in dates can be flexible - Septemberish would be ideal) Particularly interested in living in the inner suburbs - Brunswick/Fitzroy/Carlton/North Melbourne/Collingwood etc Working full time (occasionally on nights but do not worry about having to keep quiet in the day time as I am ranked 3rd best in Europe at sleeping) If you are looking for a new friend to complete your pad-experience then I am your man: - down for chilling - down for house meals (home cooked/out/take away - I'm about that food life) - down for events - festivals/live music/galleries/film - down for getting a sweat on - climbing/football (someone said you call it soccer here)/gym - down for beer/wine/tequila/sake and everything that comes with it - and also down for keeping to myself in my room from time to time Bonus - I've been doing this shared living business for 9 years - I know the good housemate etiquette well Hit me up!
