Helllllo, legends. My name is Nikki, a 23 year old from the burbs of Chicago. I plan on moving to Melbourne on August 24th. I'm pretty chilled and laid back. I love music, sports, movies, banter, staying active, grabbing a drink. I am respectful and responsible. Pretty tidy(ish)- I promise to keep common areas clean and keep the mess to my room. I like to think I get on with just about anyone! Love to be social, yet have no problem at all keeping to myself. Currently working as a therapy technician at a physical therapy clinic, but planning to work as a server while in aus. Let me know if you think we'd get on!
Hi there! My name's Sam. I'm 30 & I've been living in Melbourne for the last 6 years. I currently work full-time in the CBD in customer service, 9-5:30 Mon to Fri. In my spare time I enjoy reading tech blogs, skateboarding, start-ups, a few beers over trivia and the occasional Netflix binge. Seal's Kiss from a Rose is my go-to karaoke song. I'm currently looking to find a relaxed space to share with some friendly people starting mid-June I'm looking to stay long term (min 6 months), and am happy to put my name on the lease if needed. I'm share-house trained, clean, respectful, timely with bills and LGBTQ friendly. I'm looking for flatmates who are approachable and enjoy sharing a few drinks over dinner now and then, but understand that everyone needs their own space from time to time. Ideally I'm looking for a home more than a house, and enjoy being social with my flatmates. It's also important that the new house is close to public transport :) I try to eat healthy but I'm a sucker for a good parma. I typically organise my own food, but I'm happy to throw in for any communal house dinners or share if you ever need ingredients in a pinch! I'll be bringing a fridge with me too, so plenty of space for beer and extras! I don't have any pets, but I do have a good dad joke. 'Did you hear James Bond slept through an earthquake? He was shaken but not stirred'.
I am a good housemate because im friendly, i like getting to know new people. I like to occasionally share meals with housemates if they want to. I don't mind if other housemates have pets. I generally like a quiet house during the week but i don't mind too much on the weekends. I currently study and work so pretty busy but i am always keen to get to know my housemates when i have time. I enjoy golf and cooking and i like to spend time with my girlfriend when i can. I also enjoy catching up with my friends when i can for dinner or drinks.
I work at APRA AMCOS which is all about helping songwriters and musicians by giving them money and opportunities and education. I also coach a women's footy team, and play for the Old Bar Unicorns, and love exploring Melbourne suburbs and photography. I have sharehoused for a long time, and am respectful, self-sufficient, self-cleaning and courteous and affable.
I am a very clean, considerate and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a chat and socialising, but am also very respectful of personal space/time. I am from the Sunshine Coast (QLD) but recently relocated to Melbourne for work. I would prefer my own bathroom but am flexible if it's the right house, I don't want to live with a couple. I leave earlish in the morning for work, so I need to live somewhere with transport close by :).
We are a couple looking for accommodation in Suburban Melbourne she is 23 and he is 28. We are easy going, clean and respectful individuals who combine into a well rounded couple. He currently works from home as well as goes to meetings in and around Melbourne and does a lot of training at other workplaces. She has just finished up at her last job and is looking for something new. We generally keep to our selves, not big on partying or being particularly loud and hope to find like minded people. Please feel free to ask any questions.
Hello! My name Jasmine and I'm 19 years old. About me; I'm currently studying full time at University, while I write books for a living and I also tutor English and work part time at Jetstar. So very busy! I'm looking for a place to call home for 6months to one year stay. I like to think that I am down to earth, laid back, chilled individual, who love fun and having a few drinks with friends, in saying that, I will always respect each other's personal space and love having quite nights in! Ideally, I would like the rent to include the utilities etc. Must love stupid puns and jokes/ have a good sense of humour, because I am a terrible and love terrible jokes I hope to hear from you soon, Kind Regards, Jasmine!
I'm an LGBT nerd that enjoys reading, comics, video games, art, music and science. (My personality could be described as 'ISFJ', if you believe in that sort of thing). I work full time, running admin at a circus store near Melbourne. I'm a night owl, but not a partier; I make so little noise that you might not even notice that I'm awake. I'm well traveled and love exploring new places. I am easygoing, super reliable with bills, and like being "socially antisocial" with my housemates and selected friends. I need to live in a clean and well-maintained environment. Currently in need of one or two new, interesting people to live with once my current tenancy ends*. Unfurnished rooms are a must, as I have a desk and a couple of bookshelves to fit into my space. I also have a washing machine available if needed! As I have bad knees and no car, proximity to trams and trains is very important. This is the first time I've had to look for flatmates that aren't already friends, so I'm unsure what kind of information people like to know up-front. I'm intersectional, queer-friendly and trans-friendly. Happy to answer any questions that you might have. My name is quite unusual so I haven't uploaded photos, but I promise I'm a real person and not a bot! I'm looking to live with conscientious and considerate housemate/s long-term, in a place that feels like a home. * There's been a lot of noisy construction in my current area that I'd like to get away from. My current housemate is moving into a small apartment with their partner, so I need to find new housemate/s.
Hey! I'm a 32 year-old Brazilian journalist and media producer who just arrived in Melbourne and it's very excited about the city. I am studying english at the moment and looking for some part-time job media related. I am outgoing, energetic and my friends use to say I'm funny. You'll just have to give me your opinion on that. Looking for housemates who can become my friends. Love to share a glass of wine and good stories. On the other hand, I am a very very clean and tidy person and respectful of personal space. Enjoy being around artistic and multicultural people. I am also very caring and considerate.
Hello future flatmates! I'm Katie, a 30 year old Brit working in communications in the Parkville area and looking for a cosy home with new friends for about 6 months to match my work contract. I'm fully house-trained re bills cleaning etc. - shared a wonderful flat in London for 6+ years, pretty chilled out and easy to get on with, not crazy loud but I like a social home life and going out for a drink and a dance occasionally. I'm open-minded, environmentally conscious, and a non-smoker but cool with smokers if its outside. Don't have furniture so keen for something furnished or to buy off previous flatmate. Hobbies include live music/music in general, hoping to play softball or netball (tho not a sporty person in general), science, and exploring everything Melbourne has to offer (coffee)! Don't expect matching hobbies just some cool people who can welcome a newbie into their fold. Get in touch if I sound like a good fit!
Hi, I'm David! :) I'm currently studying a hospitality short course; however my career is in photography, videography, and graphic design. Hobbies include Japanese language study, guitar, aikido, and spending way too much time on my computer. Have only lived in Melbourne for a year now, so I'm still a complete newbie to what this amazing city has to offer. Very extroverted and an enthusiastic conversationalist, although ironically known to be super quiet and often keeping to myself; basically meaning I adapt rather well to any location depending on who I'm living with and their current mood (so that I'm not a bother), haha. Tidy person who tends to clean as he goes, thusly avoiding too much of a mess stacking up. Drivers license but no car now, so being close to tram lines would be desirable. Past that, I feel Brunswick would be a great area for me - although I'm certainly open to offers in other suburbs! Hey Im Ethan, Iv just moved here from New Zealand as a chef. I'm quiet but easy to get along with and down to earth. I like to spin a good yarn and am keen to make friends in Melbourne, by the occasional trip to the bar.
I keep to myself, but love socialising and good, long conversations every now and then. I'm neat and good at keeping communal areas clean. I don't go out every weekend, but don't mind a good party. I don't know if I'm very good at it but I love cooking.

I am a full time student and would like to find a place that I can call home (but also open for short temporary option until early August). Love to hang out with fellow flatmates but fully respect to other people privacy, differences in culture, religion and ways of life. I am a social smoker but never inside the house (Big no no).
Hiya, My name is Leevan and am 21 years old. I'm moving to Melbourne on a research exchange and looking for a place to stay. Id say I'm a rather chill guy who's up for anything an am very easy to live with. Which I can say as I've had 2 years flat sharing in Edinburgh with no complaint. Overall Id say I'm a rather sound guy to live with.
I'm an engineer from Chile in my early thirties looking for a place to share for 5 months. I came to Melbourne to study English and also to work. I'm up to have a nice chat, know new people, maybe prepare a meal together and share a glass of wine. I also love sports!
Brian here, from Ireland originally and recently moved to Melbourne via 6 months travelling in central / south america. Previously I was living in London for 4 years. I'm ideally looking for somewhere I can call home, living with friendly people where we might share a meal the odd evening and catch up when we're about the house etc. I've lived in house shares for the past few years and they've always worked out well resulting in long lasting friendships. I like to keep active by cycling, running, gym so don't be surprised if I trick you into the odd triathlon or fun run! Love pets, so if you have any pets about the house that's cool. I also like to cook and enjoy cooking house meals every now and then. Keen to check out the Melbourne music scene too as I enjoy going to gigs.
I'm looking to find a nice place to live, where I can invest some time and energy, and be a part of a lovely home. I'm 27, working full time, passion for natural therapies, plants and herbal medicine. I'm respectful, a good communicator, easy going, sex positive, enviro conscious and have been living in share houses for many years and come with references!
I am a bright and charismatic 25 year old, self employed, music and movie nerd. Obsessed for David Bowie, The Cure, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. I love gigs, being surrounded by humble and creative people, reading and watching documentaries, drawing favourite movie characters and movies, playing music, exercising, meeting new people and hanging out at bars and pubs during where there is good music. I am very clean, always clean up after myself and contribute to household items and chores, drama free, chilled out and always engaging into household chill out times and activities whether it be a dinner and wine etc Ready to move out as soon as possible :) Please contact me if you are interested in getting to know me and think I'd be a great fit to your household :)
Hi! I'm Ella, currently working full time standard(ish) hours in the city. I'm friendly if not a tad introverted, but looking for a house where I can be independent but also hang out / have a wine when it suits! Definitely not a party animal, I'll head out occasionally but prefer not to bring the party home, looking more for a house with a relaxed vibe. My interests include getting out and about, exercising and keeping active, and brunch, dinner and other forms of eating. I'm clean and tidy and would like to find some housemates who are the same.
Clean and super easy going, respectful but enjoy living with housemates who are keen to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend.
Hi all! My name is Ruby and I'm currently scoping out places to live in Melbourne. I am currently living in the heritage village of Tilba Tilba, NSW. I am fun, bubbly, always up for a wine, love cooking (and cleaning!) and dinner parties. While I am all this, I also deeply respect the need for alone time (I love alone time too). I create a feminist magazine and am an avid reader, writer and a photography and art lover. I have wanted to live in Melbourne since I was a little girl and am looking for some wonderful flatmates (preferably ladies) or some new friends to do a team up with!
I'm a young relaxed guy that has recently moved from the middle of no where in country South Australia (in the Flinders Ranges) to the "Big Smoke". I make Coffees for a living and enjoy dogs, drinking, going out for a dance and venturing aroud this new city I call home. Looking for a long term house for myself and my dog Zephyr or Zeff, he is an 8 month old Pure black Shar Pei. Extremely well house trained, toilet trained and can sit pretty well. He enjoys dressing up, going for lengthy walks and collecting 1 of every pair of shoes in one room (this isnt a joke, if you meet him you will understand). I'm 75% sure you will fall in love with both of us but understand that taking on a guy and his dog is a huge undertaking. If you think we could both work please contact me. He is currently staying at my mums back in SA and I would really love to have him over here with me :(
