I’m Tom. I’m 23, and am studying architecture at Melbourne Uni…I like to do lots of different things…I tend to read a lot. I love music of all sorts, I like to ride my bike anywhere and everywhere, as well as watch movies, garden, photograph, write, construct etc. I think I'm relatively calm and easy going, sociable but shy, communicative, tidy, open to new things, thoughtful…and many other adjectives. Sooo, I’m looking for a house where there's a communal and familial feeling. I love to cook (and eat/share food together) and try to eat healthily and ethically, so would appreciate those mutual qualities. I would be looking to stay longterm. Anyhow, I hope to hear back from you :)
i'm pretty chilled and easy going 24 year old from Melbourne. i'm currently working in construction. in my free time i enjoy going to see live music, rock climbing outside / in the gym and camping when i have a free weekend. i have lived in share houses before here and overseas so i know about keeping clean and tidy. i don't mind a social drink or dinner with house mates every now and again i also own a car which i don't mind parking on the street but a bit of garage or off street parking space for my motorcycle would be good.
Hi Flatmates, my name is Slaven and I am here from Germany to write my bachelor thesis for a big german company which has some great projects here in Melbourne (for example the future metro System in Melbourne). I am studying Mechatronics and Precision engineering in Munich and I am fulltime writing on the thesis. I need to find a place for until the end of June. I am a very clean, tidy, social and respectful person! 😀 I am ready to work hard to keep the household nice & clean and to hold the atmosphere in the shareflat/sharehouse on a good level. If you have further question please send me a message or call me👍 My office is located in Derrimut and I am searching for somewhere near/around the center (Footscray, Brunswick, Richmond, St. Kilda, etc.).. Would be happy to get a message from you! 😀 Slaven
We are two super easy going chicks, both working, clean, organised and friendly. Very reliable and trustworthy, due to working full time we are not big into partying, but we are sociable and love to go out for meals or drinks with our friends.
Hi, I'm a 36 year old professional. I’m moving back to Melbourne from Malaysia and looking for a new home. I'm a strategic design consultant and travel reasonably regularly for work. I'm an open easy going person. I love company and sharing a wine and a laugh but I also like my space and respect others space too. I love cooking, curling up with a book or catching up on quality tv. I also find myself out with friends often, eating good food and drinking excellent wine or in nature when I have free time. I also like to swim, and do yoga regularly.
Helloooooo!! First up, the boring stuff: I'm a uni student from Tassie studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so rent and bills etc are not a problem. I clean up after myself, do my fair share of housework, I've got my own furniture, and also some kitchen appliances to contribute to the household. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. I enjoy the outdoors (although being in Melbourne without a car, that generally just means sitting in the back yard or walking along the Merri Creek Trail). I will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will happily supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Preferably 9 months to a year and happy to go on the lease if need be (would actually prefer it). I'm also flexible with move in date, anytime mid-late April is fiiiiine
Hey, I'm Tom, I'm 28 and originally from Melbourne but have spent the last 10 years travelling and working overseas, moved home about a year ago and now looking for somewhere to move in with my girlfriend Kat. I manage a small printing business out in Thomastown, pretty normal hours, generally 8 to 5. Kat is 26 and studying a Masters in Social work at RMIT while working in disability support services. She is into her yoga, playing guitar and doing a bit of arts and craft in her spare time. During the week I like to cook a nice feed and chill out with a book, cheeky game of backgammon or the odd bit of telly. On weekends we’re all about camping missions, finding adventures in the bush and going to whatever gigs and festivals might be on. We’re both pretty social beings so a few beers and a good chat doesn't go astray. We’ve both had a lot of experience with shared living and know the ins and outs, hopefully that sounds like people you would like to live with, chat to you soon!
Hi there potential new housemates! I have recently returned from an incredible exchange semester in Hong Kong and am on the hunt for a new place to call home. A bit about me... I’m in the final year of my Bachelor of Fashion at RMIT. In my spare time, I volunteer at a super funky op-shop in Collingwood, lending my ‘farshun’ skills to those in need. Plus, I like to do my part to make my industry more sustainable; recycled fashion is love. I enjoy baking and getting my hands dirty in the garden. I’m always looking for easy little ways to be more environmentally conscious around the house and would like to live with like minded people. My other interests include music (love a good music festival), gardening, baking, eating my baking, linguists and tea drinking. Side note: I don’t have any pets but do like pets. I have a soft spot for cats especially. If you have a pet, I will treat your fur-baby like it’s my own! 💕
Hi, my name is Brittany and I'm from a small town in NSW. I've moved to Melbourne for a new experience and I am very excited! I love cooking and movies. I am very fun, loving and easy-going. I have previous share-house experience so I know how to keep a clean and tidy house! I care about the environment and I am a big animal lover!
21 and in love... currently living in qld looking to move to Melbourne with my two beautiful cats! A little about myself, I'm quiet but also can be loud, bubbly and outgoing I'm also really clean and tidy. Currently unemployed but will be getting a job as soon as I move down, Would ideally like my own bathroom or somewhere to put the cats litter, I clean up after them every day and always have candles/ incense burning so my house/room never smells!! My cats are both indoor cats and are very well behaved! Must be LGBT+ friendly as I am raging homosexual heheh Hope to hear from you, Shayde xx

Hey there, The name is Shrav and finishing up with my studies at LaTrobe University. I consider myself as an orderly, social and tidy person who cleans up well after. I enjoy having a drink or two with a good conversation and going out on the weekends. Also, know a bit of strumming the guitar to entertain myself and others too, if they looking forward to some mad tunes :p I just returned from a long travel break from South Asia and keen on moving into a house with friendly housemates. So feel free to shoot a text message or give a ring if you feel I would be a good fit to your lovely house. Looking forward to some cool new housemates. Cheers :)
Hi there, I'm a female in my 20's. Im easy going, tidy up after myself and looking for house mates that I can get along with to enjoy my living space with. Im not a huge party goer when it comes to bringing ppl back to my house but I do like to go out here and there for a dance. I do like to have my own space as well as having a nice chat with my house mates. And although I don't have a pet, having one around is always nice :)
Hey I am Laura, 24, from Portugal, currently on a skilled visa in Australia, but planning to stay! I am super friendly, tidy, clean and fun (respecting others spaces of course)! I love cooking, especially for my flatmates! Always know something cool to do in town, but like sitting down for a movie and chill too. Super easy going!
Hi there. I am fresh off the boat from Christchurch, New Zealand where i have lived for 15 years. I am a software developer at eStar who makes e-commerce websites for the likes of Country Road and Taking Shape. My work gave me the options to move to Melbourne and i didn't hesitate, so here I am. Hello! I am a current Nursing student, moving out of uni accomodation, looking for people to share with! I work part time as a babysitter/Nanny and am very relaxed but tidy!
I'm pretty easy going, love going out but also chilling at home. Netflix is my best friend but I also like people and new friends 😛
In my final year of study, I'm looking for a place to stay for 3-4 months, before returning to Europe. I am French, so yes I like having a glass of Pinot Noir at the end of the day, ideally with someone to share the cheese platter with. I've been in Melbourne for 3 years now, living in different sharehouses, I'm relatively easygoing, always up for some late pseudo-philosophical discussions around a few pints, but mindful of one's needs for intimacy and clean dishes when coming back home after a long day. So if you want to take the risk just send me a message :) Cheers Lucas
Hello. I've just moved here from Perth. I'm laidback, neat, a non-smoker and pretty sociable. I work full-time in the marketing industry, and enjoy sports, reading, travelling and getting out and exploring Melbourne. I like the occasional drink after work and a nice meal, having friends round every once in a while, and don't party very often.
Hi, We are Emma (28) & Scott (31) a young working couple looking for some short term accommodation to bridge us between Melbourne and our plans to move coastal in 2018. We are vacating our current property that we share with our long term housemates because the landlord wants the house back. We have decided that it would be unjust to rent with our housemates as we are planning to move next year . We come with a very well trained 4yo German Sheperd Lexi who is Scotts first born daughter and my adopted best friend. She is small for her breed and socialises very well with other dogs. We are looking for something with a secure yard and a chill & introspective house where we can relax after work. I'm a nurse so shiftwork is par for the course, this has mutual benefits and not so many drawbacks. It means some nights I wont be home and othertimes I'm sleeping during the day. Scott works as a chippy and can do some pretty big hours during the week but general is relaxing on the weekends or using his time to do one of his million outdoors sports- rockclimbing, mountain biking or road cycling. Me-I generally relax around food by either cooking, eating, sharing or reading about it.
