Hey! I’m looking for someone to team up with to find a place or alternatively a lease transfer for an entire place (1-2 bedroom). I’m keen on Fitzroy, or close by. I’m already in Melbourne, so I’m flexible and just want to find the right person and the right vibe.

A bit about me: I’m a lawyer, originally from Tasmania, recently moved back from Sydney, and I work in the city. I’m usually in the office most days and work long hours, but I’d love a place with space for an office setup since I sometimes work nights.

Looking for someone around a similar age/stage and with a similar budget (around $550-600 per week). Happy for it to be a place where friends are welcome, but not looking for a party house. I have furniture which I’d like to bring like a couch, dining table, and TV.
