Hi there,

I'm a 26-year-old male from South Korea, and I'm looking for a place to move in on November 21st, 2025.

Here's a little bit about me:

I'm a non-smoker and have one car, so I will need a parking space.

I'm currently here on a Working Holiday visa and am planning to attend TAFE next year.

I'm looking for a place for about 1-3 months to settle in and explore the area before my course starts.

I'm a very clean and tidy person. I clean frequently because I dislike unpleasant smells in my living space and like to keep things fresh.

In terms of personality, I'm generally a quiet person who likes to do my own thing. I'm not a party person at all; I much prefer sitting down and having a good chat. If any household issues come up, I believe in discussing them calmly to find a reasonable solution together.

A quick note on my background: My family runs a real estate rental business back in Korea, and I've been involved with it. Because of this, I fully understand how important it is to take good care of a property and to pay rent on time.

This also means I am financially stable and can guarantee that the rent will always be paid on time.
