Hi there,

We are a quiet and reliable couple (26M & 18F) looking for a place to call home. Ideally, we are looking to move in around January 12th, 2026, but we are flexible with the date by 1-2 weeks after that.

About us: I am from South Korea on a Working Holiday visa, and my girlfriend is also a non-smoker and prefers a quiet lifestyle like me. Neither of us are party people or heavy drinkers; we much prefer a peaceful environment and keeping to ourselves. (Optional: We are both working full-time/part-time, so we are financially stable.)

About our future plans (Pets): We currently don’t have any pets, but we are planning to adopt two guinea pigs around February 2026. They will be kept in a cage/enclosure and are very quiet, clean animals. We are looking for a landlord or housemates who would be open to this arrangement.

Why we are great tenants: I have a car, so I will need a parking space (street parking is fine). I am a very clean person who dislikes unpleasant smells and cleans frequently. Back in Korea, my family runs a real estate rental business, and I have helped manage it. Because of this, I fully understand the importance of taking care of a property as if it were my own and, most importantly, paying rent on time.
