I'm a student and looking for a single/individual/private room or a studio for myself either in a shared house/unit/apartment/studio, etc sharing with either other students/families/professionals, etc. I don't mind sharing with other people but would need a room by myself just because I need privacy to study. It can be a small room as well. I am tidy, non-smoker, non-drinker, peaceful, easy going person who mostly spends spare time studying online and goes to work.
