Single 43 F. Just looking for a respectful clean home for peace and quiet within my age group. I’m a homebody, minimalist, love any form of art, music, crystals, animals and travel. Hoping to find an extra private space, with room for queen bed or double (own mattress) and wardrobe. Aircon a must. I can do without heating. Don’t mind a quick chat, but also want mutual respect for personal spaces and boundaries.
I am extremely neat and tidy. I have lupus and fibromyalgia, so lots of doctor and hospital appointments. I visit my family and friends in the area so it’s pretty much just me. A working household would be preferred because I like to clean and potter during the day. (Can do housework once a week for a cost) in addition to cleaning after myself. I don’t mind mowing lawns. I do require a parking space and outdoor smoking area.
