Hi, I’m Theo, a 20-year-old from London currently in Perth. I work full-time (35–40 hours a week) and I’m looking for a place to stay for a minimum of 6 months.

I’m a pretty active person — I enjoy going to the gym, playing football, and getting out and about. I’m also sociable and always up for a chat or a drink, but I’m equally respectful of people’s space and downtime.

I’m a non-smoker, clean, and easy to live with. I keep shared areas tidy and am reliable when it comes to rent and bills.
