Hi lovely humans! Thought I'd try here again, as I've had some good experience with Flatmates in the past. Flexible with exact suburbs, but ideally looking for a granny flat/studio/own living space. If you have a shared home but are away a lot (FIFO or similar) for work/life, that would also be fab! Not that I don't like company, but I deal with people so much for work that I've really come to value my own space 😅🙏 That being said, if we really click, a shared home may work! Like-minded humans are fab 🥰

I'm a pretty laid-back girly, never really been into the party lifestyle! Health and wellness are incredibly important to me, and I enjoy staying fit and healthy. I'm eco-conscious (if i'm sharing a space - would hope this is important to you also!), plant-based and love, love, love, loooove the sunshine 🌸

I currently WFH 90% of the time in CS/admin and logistics, have completed my 200hr YTT and am currently studying holistic massage. I enjoy like-minded company, but also love (and need!) my alone time.

Keeping my space clean and tidy is also huge for me; I cannot function in clutter haha 🥰

Would prefer my own space, but potentially open to housemates who share a similar lifestyle/value alone time. Ideally, ensuite/or own bathroom (with bath!). Looooove an Art Deco vibe - but most importantly open, clean, lots of natural light!!!

Budget ideally $450 PW, happy to pay in cash weekly or monthly if that sweetens things at all ... Let's chat! 🫶

PS - I'm not hugely set on a specific location, just after a fresh start and open to places around Oyster Bay/Bondi/Coogee/North Sydney/Hornsby, etc. Easy PT access.
Not a huge fan of inner-city life - I've grown up in the mountains, love nature, love the beach, and need fresh air and open space! ♡
