I'm a 30 y/o freelance Graphic Designer and have a flexible schedule but mostly work from home & cafes. I am a coffee addict, don't smoke, love pets, I run frequently and gym + do meal prep.

I'm very low maintenance and independent. I appreciate mutual respect and clear communication but as far as all that goes, I'm pretty chill!

I'm not the party type unless it's a special occasion. I like a clean, organised and quiet household that I can be a part of and contribute to as far as chores and responsibilities go!

Have lived with housemates previously so I know the drill and am a very empathetic/considerate person so you won't need to worry about me being a hassle :)
